I stayed at the hotel for a business trip, and the location was very convenient as it was adjacent to the convention center. It was located downtown, so going to the mall or other tourist attractions was good. However, the bedding was not washed and ironed. All 4 pillows had a musty smell, and even after room cleaning in the middle, the condition was the same. So I couldn't tell if the bedding was changed or not. Also, I mistakenly booked the check-in date and added one extra day when I checked in. But it seems necessary to check as it is charged at the average price of 2 days. However, I did not receive any receipt or billing documents after check-out via e-mail or a printed one.

Real good hotel during convention period. Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel. I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

The hotel is in the city center. The room is not big, the bathroom is small, and the toiletries are also very small, just enough for two people with short hair. I won't stay here again. The person working the desk didn't seem to understand or listen to the answer to his questions, kept asking the same questions repeatedly; two servings of coffee in the room, one regular , one decaf. Room cleanliness: someone else's hair on bathroom floor. Difficult and expensive to leave truck in parking lot for the week we were gone, even though we were staying there on our return trip. Just frustrating overall experience.

The facilities are quite complete, with TV, air conditioning (quite noisy but can be turned off in this season), microwave, coffee machine (although in the bathroom), and I can't ask for more for this price. I especially think the hardness of the bed is suitable for me and it is very comfortable to sleep. The front desk guy is also very good and patient. The hotel is in the city center, within 10 minutes walk from the stream center and Temple Square. However, there is no breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast needs to be ordered on the first floor by yourself, and an extra cup of coffee costs more than 20 dollars. The hotel doesn't even have a bus to the airport, saying that it only picks up employees. I see that other hotels have drop-offs.
