You can hike, bike and rock climb without getting into a car. If you are planning your IKON or EPIC ski trip or Sundance Film Festival visit this is a perfect location. Park City is only 20 minutes away and the home is almost equally distanced from 6 major ski resorts (EPIC, IKON).
