The reviews of the Hampton Hotel Salt Lake City were good, but I felt bad after staying at the Hampton Hotel twice in China, so I placed the order with trepidation. The front desk checked in quickly, gave the room location map, and drew the route in detail. The hotel is new and good.

The average business hotel is not suitable for bringing children. It is similar to the domestic seven days, a little high-end, just on the road, but it is not very noisy, generally! Not too recommended

The whole is relatively clean, the breakfast is good, but there are two styles. If you live for a long time, it is recommended to consider breakfast zero hour replacement. If there are children, the pool is good.

I absolutely love the service and the hotel. Miss Maria who assisted me when I checked in in the morning was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond she was friendly asked efficient she took care of me. Unfortunately the only thing I have to complain is about the lady who has the night shift or graveyard shift her name is Leka she was completely rude she made me feel as I was not a value customer whe. I Told her I forgot my key in my room I was completely trying to verify my information in there and I was going on she told me that she was not able to assist me she was Very condescending she had security escort me to the room So I did at the end she brushed it off , like to her it was nothing I feel like she’s been rude overall up I don’t like the experience with her but besides that everything is amazing I’m going to return I love you have a service amazing hotel

I won't stay here again. The person working the desk didn't seem to understand or listen to the answer to his questions, kept asking the same questions repeatedly; two servings of coffee in the room, one regular , one decaf. Room cleanliness: someone else's hair on bathroom floor. Difficult and expensive to leave truck in parking lot for the week we were gone, even though we were staying there on our return trip. Just frustrating overall experience.

Great motel, very clean, free breakfast, very kind service staff, plenty of parking spaces, especially the beautiful rose flowers at the door. Staying in this motel is the first time I have stayed in a motel in my life. It is so big and clean with a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. It completely overturns the concept that I thought the motel was not clean. Send two photos of rose flowers at the entrance of the hotel

The double tree was very convenient to the airport and the customer service was excellent. We had an early flight and they provided a shuttle for us. The desk person was very accommodating when we arrived and helped me find a place to get an item I forgot for travel. Very clean and the rooms was very large. My wife was very appreciative of the warm temperature in the room. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, up to 15 minutes drive from the city center, quiet and clean, the front desk staff are very polite, serious and responsible, the room has an induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, bowl, you can eat it yourself, next time you go to Salt Lake City will choose this hotel.
