ANDÉN Fma-Coliving

Very good location, one block from where the peñas are in the city. The place is modern and very clean. Breakfast is ok. I don't give it a five because the water heater is very small, you have to shower very quickly and the safe didn't work. We notified them, we authorized them to enter when we weren't there but they never solved it.

We went to Andén Fma in a group of 5 friends. The apartment looked divine at first sight, everything was modern, beautifully decorated, and well scented. It is located super well. The only downside is that it doesn’t have heating (just a cold heat in the living room when the apartment had two bedrooms and it was winter). In addition to that, we showered with cold water because the electric heater wasn’t at the necessary temperature and nobody told us. Then on the second day we were able to turn it up but it didn’t supply enough for 5 people to shower, so three or two people always showered with cold water (something you can’t avoid because you leave early at 6/7 am to go on an excursion and you arrive at 8:30 pm to shower and go out to dinner). We had paid for breakfast and the first day they didn’t give us any because the cafeteria people told us it wasn’t included, we had to pay for it because we were leaving for twelve hours. And when I complained in a very bad way, they told me that although I had booked with breakfast, I later paid for it in advance, so the price was different at the time of payment than at the time I booked. They told me that we did not understand each other when no one told me that I had to pay an extra for pre-travel or that the rate was different; I never refused to pay anything, I only wanted my stay to include breakfast and that they charge me what corresponded but not that they take it away without warning and on top of that they blame me for the pre-travel. As if that were not enough, on the last day they rang the bell 10 times at 3 in the morning. The building does not have 24-hour security and it scared us quite a bit since we do not know the area. Conclusion, nice apartments with a good location, service to improve

Muy lindos departamentos, chiquitos y comodos. Esta muy cerca del paseo balcarce donde están las peñas de la ciudad y muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y de los dos shopping de la ciudad. Real buena ubicación. El lugar esta muy limpio y bien organizado

Los departamentos estan impecables todos nuevos. Muy limpios y bien equipados. El desayuno excelente muy completo y variado. La ubicacion es cerca de los restaurantes de la calle balcarse. Es todo bastante self service pero muy bien en general.

El dpto es muy completo, cómodo, nuevo, con una excelente ubicación (a dos cuadras de las peñas más conocidas y a 7 de la plaza del centro). El desayuno es muy rico y lo sirven en una cafetería abierta al público que tiene cosas de gran calidad. La asistencia en caso de algún inconveniente también es excelente. Lo recomendaría a cada uno que venga a salta.
