La verdad q más malo no pudo ser, mala atención orrible, sábanas y toallas manchadas, ningún nivel de seguridad en el baño, ni siquiera una alfombrita antideslizante, te dicen q esta incluido el estacionamiento y cuando lo quieres usar te cobran $1000 la noche, el colchón te caes para afuera de la cama, el desayuno da lastima, a la noche apagan las luces de los pasillos, no se veía nada p entrar en la habitacion, además de lo sucio q están , sin barrer y llenos de manchas de mugre pegada......

La peor experiencia que tuve en un hotel. El personal maleducado, sin predisposición. Ni siquiera nos acompañaron a la habitación, no nos comentaron dónde se servía el desayuno. No respondían ni al saludo. Sentíamos que molestabamos. El hotel informa que tiene cocina para que utilicen los huéspedes (este fue el principal motivo por el cual elegimos este hotel); fue imposible usarla ya que a la noche hacen eventos para personas que no se alojan en el hotel y empezaban a cocinar la cena al mediodía. Cuando quisimos preparar el primer almuerzo encontramos 6 ollas con pollos descongelandose en el piso de la misma, todos los días lo mismo. Limpieza de la habitación no existe. Nos fuimos antes de tiempo habiendo pagado anticipadamente 10 noches de alojamiento, preferimos ir a otro lugar porque no la pasamos bien

Fuimos en un grupo por una excursión con mi mamá. Las habitaciones fueron cómodas, la atención del personal fue ejemplar y la comida riquisima. Cabe aclarar que soy vegana y avisando de ante mano se me preparó un menú con esas caracteristicas (también para una persona celíaca que viajaba en el mismo grupo). Muy buena ubicación, desde el hotel se podia ir caminando hacia el centro y el teleférico. Totalmente recomendable
