Where to start on our outstanding review?? The property, the Inn, the rooms, the unbelievable friendly family owners and staff, the resident boxer Roxie and her cat friend, the incredible food, the well-stocked bar and wine list, the nature hiking trail??? If you want a triple 5- star getaway, the Orchard Inn is the place to be. Treat yourself to the gourmet fixed price dinner at their in-house restaurant Newman’s. Only open Thursday, Friday, Saturday so plan your visit with that in mind. Enjoy!

My husband surprised me with a weekend getaway here and I love it. We stayed in a cabin with a porch that has a wonderful view of the foothills. The owners are so welcoming. Close to many fun options for a Saturday. We picked kayaking the Green River. Eating at Newman’s is a must. The view and food are both amazing. A big thank you to Adam for squeezing us in at the restaurant since they were booked last night! We will be back!

The Orchard Inn is that perfect mix of cozy, friendliness and food that you'll talk about for days afterwards! We went for several dinners there in December. The annual Dickens dinners with the Christmas decorations, roaring fireplace, happy staff, a talented actor reading the Dickens story and the well-thought-out and exquisite dining experience made it really feel like the holiday season for me. Then we went back for Christas Eve and New. Years Eve, too! We just couldn't get enough. Each evening was perfect. I'm not one to usually jump to write a review, but our experience for these three evenings was so exceptional I thought the family who owns the Inn and the staff deserved this recognition. Way to go! You're created something magical in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Thank you!

From start to finish, our stay at the Orchard Inn for my sister’s wedding was incredible. The staff made us feel so comfortable and cared for. The accommodations, gardens and views are SO beautiful! The food was AMAZING, and farm to table. Chef Stewart wowed the entire wedding party with his amazing culinary talents. He even went as far as to prepare our send off breakfast, a delicious veggie frittata with homemade pastries, extra early so we could eat before leaving for our flights. The spa and yoga center had all us ladies feeling relaxed and ready for the big Wedding day. Whether you’re looking for a memorable & delicious dinner or brunch in a beautiful Mountain View setting, or a cozy place to stay as you explore the area…..This is the place to visit or stay, hands down. 5+ Stars all around.

All I can say is WOW! The view is stunning but what really blew me away was the hospitality!!!! What a magical weekend the staff at The Orchard Inn provided. The food was incredible and so were the cocktails!!! Just want to give you an absolute applause and thank you for the beautiful memories. I can’t WAIT to come back!

The Inn is rustic and has maintained the feel of a 1920's lodge. Games, and books galore in addition to a pool table and two adorable Boxers. The staff was excellent. Katie and Dori were so accommodating and service oriented. Marianne talked with us at breakfast and it was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and we had our 10th anniversary dinner at Neuman's which was superb. We had previously stayed in Asheville and decided to stay a bit south. Excellent point at which to explore Tryon and the smaller towns in a less hectic environment and a stone's throwaway from Asheville. My husband does lathe work as a hobby and we were able to find some excellent sources of wood as well as tour the Sierra Nevada production facility, restaurant and gardens which was amazing...even though we aren't beer drinkers! Definitely recommend and would love to return in the fall!

Checked in to the Orchard Inn after family reunion and could not of made a better choice. From he minute I drove up the flower lined driveway it was a little slice of heaven. This place is gorgeous and the staff is top notch. Catie at the desk was so pleasant and was always ready to help. Marc and Marianne have really made a special place here. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and was a great way to start the day watching all the birds. Two boxers are on premise Clayton and Roxy. Roxy is only 4 months old and adorable. Had a massage one day with Jennifer and she is excellent at her job! Will retun!
