The only thing that could be improved was the brightness of the bathroom door, putting some kind of seal on it because of the light.

A nice clean hotel in a good location a km and a half from the center, excellent breakfast and price in line

Wonderful hotel, straight away. I loved the reception, the supervisor who received us, very pleasant, receptive, communicative (I don't remember her name), welcomed us very well, excellent food, very good price, impeccable breakfast. Until then, all right upon arriving at the hotel, we had access to our suite, my husband and I love it, super clean, comfortable, we left the room and went to meet the hotel, as soon as we went back to the bedroom, my husband noticed that the bathtub was dirty with cigarettes, and before we got out of the room, all that was inside the bath Putting anyone could have entered the room, but I prefer to ignore, I preferred to believe that it could have risen from the bathtub (impossible, because the drain was closed) the place where the water comes out of the bathtub. We continue to enjoy our stay, in check in some rules, and in the room there are several rules, such as “smoking inside the room) Which I found interesting, because sometimes people treat the things of others with sloppy, break and leave the hotel leaving losses, so it would be clear that the damage would be paid by the guest, ok! The day after checking out, we were accused of having smoked inside the suite. First, we were asked, and I immediately said that we do not smoke, we are evangelicals and do not use cigarettes or any alcoholic beverages. Still, we were accused, saying that yes, there were ashes in the room and even a smell. This was absurd, a blatant lie. I was disappointed and very embarrassed. My husband told the receptionist what had happened, about finding the bathtub dirty, and even about the possibility of someone having entered the room. She continued to believe that we had smoked inside the room. I left the hotel feeling very frustrated and embarrassed, and all my thoughts of love for the hotel turned into anger, frustration and embarrassment. Anyway, I will never go back to this hotel again, I don't want to risk being embarrassed again by irresponsible people!

Hotel muito bom, com quartos amplos, bom equipamento também bem conservado. Fica numa localização mais afastada e numa região que não é muito boa pra ficar circulando a pé a noite. Mas para viagem de negócio, é de excelente custo benefício.
