Staff is extremely rude, yells at clients, damages clients properties when cleaning without even giving an apology or acknowledging it. Breakfast is very basic. Wood floors in the rooms make lots of noise when walking. Staff is very curious and stare a lot. This is not a 5 stars hotel!

Given some of the marginal places I stayed on my pass through Senegal, this place was probably the nicest. I was probably not the target customer as I didn't use them as an all inclusive and clearly that is the intention. The property is a bit of a walk from humble downtown Saly, but otherwise this place has charm and character all over the place. The bathroom was particularly generous and the bed nice and comfy. It was quite a hike to get out of my room and back on the street though, because the grounds are quite large. If you like service though, this is surely the place you want to stay in Saly.

Very nice room, original, very pleasent decoration. Excellent bathroom, very complete, large, original. All facilities extra clean. Good, safe parking. Very good internet. Reception team efficient & friendly. When I left I forgot my glasses in the room. They called me from the Hotel two days later asking whether they sent me the glasses, or kept them there till my next visit. Garden & swimming pool excellent. The only area to improve is the range of breakfast dishes, it was quite limited.

Excellent hotel with just a few minor drawbacks, none of which should put others off staying here. The rooms are dark (I suspect most of them, certainly ours) as they are very long and the glass doors (which serve as windows) are shadowed. The wardrobe is unusable without a ladder (not provided) as the hanging rail is 3 metres up! The shower and spa bath need maintenance, but everything else in the room was perfect. Breakfast is chaotic - no other word for it - which would be forgivable if it was included in the room rate. Coffee, when available (just one filter machine, have to ask them to fill it) comes either as ultra-strong bitter or dishwater, omelettes can take 30 minutes to arrive, availability of other things variable. Dinner quality is good, but takes forever to come - we waited 1h 40m for our main courses! But... the price is good and the rooms and pool areas are fine.

Wonderful stay with friends for a day on our way to Gambia. Will definitely stop by again. Wonderful and friendly service. Staff were a delight . A Beautiful spa in the resort and walking distance to the beach. Well done management. Thank you Rhino resort! Will be back again soon!

An exceptional hotel and stay in every way. Attentive staff, incredible facilities (several pools, gym, spa, live music,...) and a 10-rated meal! The hotel staff has treated us very well at all times, helping us with the different activities that the Sali area offers and taking care of every detail to guarantee an unforgettable stay. We will definitely return!
