This is a European chain hotel. The overall service and location are very good. Because I have children, the hotel upgraded my room for free. The location➕room facilities➕the kitchen is the highlight. We fried steak in the room and downstairs The bustling old street feels good. There are many places to have breakfast nearby and they are not expensive, so it is okay not to bring breakfast.

Exceeded all expectations! I could not think of a more perfect location to stay at in Salzburg. Located a few dozen steps from Judengasse street with Mozart's house, wonderful shopping and restaurants everywhere. Our apartment was just 2 floors above street level but the double windows sealed out ALL sound. Being located on a corner, we could open the windows to let a wonderful breeze in to cool the apartment. A nice fan was provided in addition to the air-conditioning to really cool the place. The layout of the one-bedroom apt. was very roomy. It was furnished with everything one would need for a stay. The nice welcome gift was much appreciated as-well as the public transportation pass good for the length of our entire stay. A four minute walk to the Rathaus metro stop provided a connection to all parts Salzburg that were beyond walking distance (of which there we not many). The young man at the check-in was very friendly and helpful. He pointed out that there were laundry facilities located in the basement for only .50 euro. Everything was just perfect!!

The Hapimag resort is ideally placed and it's just a short walk to all the main attractions. Our 2 roomed apart was beautifully designed, well equipped, scrupulously clean and comfortable in every respect.

Lovely hotel in the middle of old town Salzburg. Great location. Lovely room with all required amenities. Room was a bit warm for us and we couldn’t work out how to change the settings. Reception was manned daily from 8 - 5pm to help with queries such as these and the receptionist was lovely. Kitchen facilities helpful for a quick breakfast, tea and coffee. Washer and dryer in the basement for 50 cents - 50 cents wasn’t enough to dry my clothes, but I probably chose the wrong setting given the instructions were not in English.

Hotel in an excellent location, right in the historic center of Salzburg. Really spacious rooms (I would say mini apartments - at least on the 5th floor where we stayed!) with a beautiful view and a nice perimeter balcony. Modern bathroom of good size. For the category of the structure there are a few details missing that would make the stay even more pleasant (for example: there are no courtesy bathrobes or slippers, there is no body lotion in the bathroom). The bed unfortunately was not comfortable (2 singles pushed together) and was also noisy with every movement. Reception service available only at certain times. The rest of the day they have telephone support.

Excellent Accomodation in the middle of the old city with all the sights and beautiful/nice/interesting places, within a few minutes walking. Easily accessible from the airport.

The standard at the Hapimag resort was, as usual, very high, and the location in the heart of the old town is excellent. Great room, very good service. Only the coffee capsules were missing from the room basket, but the staff member deducted them directly from the bill. Thank you.
