Делали свадебный банкет в ГК "Сафари". Пока денег не дал, банкет не начался с вами общаются услужливо, после, в случаи каких-то проблем-идите нафиг, мы вам ничего не должны. Итак, горячее заказывали свинину гриль с запечёнными картофельными дольками. Мяса было 2-3 порции нормальных, остальное резина, кто-то даже сказал сырое. Картофель недопечённый. Во время банкета выключили свет, в итоге около 3 часов сидели без света!!! Татьяна Виниаминовна, через которую организовывается банкет, на претензии просто повесила трубку. Все хором говорили, это форс-мажор, мы не виноваты и ничего компенсировать не будет. Благодаря Ирине, которая обслуживала банкет и связалась с директором, продлили банкет на 2 часа, так или иначе, невеста в слезах, пока включили свет, гости, кто-то ушёл, кто-то собирался, торты уже выносили в догонку, праздник испорчен, директор связываться с нами не хочет. На банкет арендовали музыкальное и световое оборудование, которое просто простояло!!! 2 часа пробубнело, пока усаживались, кушали, а потом свет выключили и использовали мы её часа 1,5 от силы! 50тыс отдали за банкет, после корректировок оказалось на 17 персон, отдали денег за оборудование, которое простояло и они просто шлют. Номер в подарок! По их "уставу" они предоставляют его от 30чел. Но пошли нам на уступки, учитывая, что взяли не самое дешёвое меню. Номер это очередной ужас! Номер дали возле лифта, который постоянно гудел под ухом!!! Дверь на балкон в спальне закрывалась не плотно, от чего прохладно и шумно. В итоге, общайтесь с главным администратором, она отослала к директору, которая "я домой, пусть завтра приходят", на следующий день она серьёзно заболела. На следующий день звонит Татьяна Вениаминовна, мол можете написать жалобу, юридически подкрепив, т.к. остальное это форс-мажор, мы и так вам на уступки пошли и дали номер! Мы денег отдали за форс мажор и испорченный праздник! К слову у нас был другой вариант с номером в подарок и не такими конскими ценниками на номера, как тут! Упаси боже ещё раз придти в эту дыру!
