Super OYO 1088 Hotel Mega Sentosa

It is highly not recommended to stay here. It is better to find another hotel, even though it is a little more expensive, the important thing is that the cleanliness and service are better. I chose a deluxe room with a request for a clean room. But when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was not friendly, I stayed with my friend, but only 1 towel was given. When I arrived at the room, the room was very dirty, and smelled of cigarettes, full of cigarette ash in the drawer, and the bed was dirty, yellow and smelled of cigarettes. The walls of the room looked like they were about to fall apart, the toilet door could not be closed unless it was lifted, if only pushed, it was very hard and the sound of friction from the door and floor was very noisy. So the toilet door could never be fully closed. Plus, the toilet lights were also off, and there were cockroaches everywhere in the room. The lighting in the room was very poor, sunlight could not enter, so if we were in the room we did not know whether it was daytime or still night. Another thing is the refrigerator, oh my god, it won't turn on and it's dirty, there are cigarettes everywhere, so when I want to store drinks, I can't do it at all. The refrigerator is just a display. So NEVER stay here, otherwise you will regret it. 😅
