The hotel should be updated. The bar should be open. The lifts should provide access to the floors on which the rooms are located rather than stairs that then have to be climbed or descended. The proprietors should respond to requests for assistance. The staff should not park in disabled spaces.

Beautiful traditional hotel in the heart of Samoens village! Very welcoming and friendly staff at reception, parking available, nice after ski bar, good breakfast, traditional but very clean and warm rooms, all basic facilities available, best location in town.

We stayed at Les Glaciers a couple of years ago and did not hesitate to book again for our annual skiing trip. It is a traditional hotel with very clean comfortable rooms. All of the public areas are immaculate with a great buffet breakfast. Would highly recommended a stay for any visit to Samoëns as the location is also perfect with friendly efficient staff.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience! Free full breakfast was included—fresh croissants, baguettes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bacon and eggs. Great way to start the day. Samoens is a charming town at the foot of the Col de Joux Plane. Hotel Les Glaciers is across the street from the start of the climb. Perfect location! After a day on the mountain we came back and relaxed in the pool. No AC in the hotel, but we really didn’t need it. Great queen bed, good size room, updated bathroom.

Great stay and perfect hotel staff, we felt very at home, thanks again for looking after us. Breakfast was great, hotel was clean and in good location. We will definitely visit again next time we are in samoens

Very central good price easy for skiing but get to know the bus service. Great bar the place to B and David taxis very reliable, Good breakfast at the hotel.Book your restaurants before the trip. Great skiing and variety easy links to Flaine.

Great location in the centre of Samoen. Our room was weirdly hot, but just ended up sleeping with the window open. Very friendly and helpful reception team, great breakfast and super useful boot room for skis. Shame the indoor pool isn’t a jacuzzi, and the walls are quite thin between rooms!
