I come to Anemon Hotel regularly but this time I did not have a good experience. The reception was uninterested when entering. The food was bad. The oil in the fries was stale and smelled. Unfortunately, room service could not be reached. Since we wanted breakfast in the room, we paid for both the room and breakfast for two days and paid for 4 breakfasts in total. We paid for 10 breakfasts for the child.

Bayram tatilinde ailemle konaklamak için Anemon otele 2 ayrı oda ödemesi yaptım. Odaya yerleştiğimde iki odanında klimasının soğutmadığını fark edip resepsiyona bilgi verdim, onlarda ilgileneceklerini söylediler. Odada sıcaktan duramadığımız için yan taraftaki avm de 3 saat vakit geçirdik. Bu süre zarfında arayıp bilgi veren olmadı, odaya tekrar dönüp kontrol ettiğimde klimaların aynı durumda olduğunu gördüm ve tekrar resepsiyona bilgi verdim. Teknik servise bilgi verdiklerini, arızanın giderileceğini, giderilmez ise odanın değiştirileceğini söylediler. Tekrar dışarı çıkıp gece saat 23:00 gibi otele giriş yaptık fakat ne arıza giderilmiş nede oda değiştirilmişti. Bir daha bu otelde konaklamayacağım, ayrıca kahvaltıyı da beğenmedik, kimseyede tavsiye etmiyorum.
