Hello Good Day I traveled from Istanbul, the location is very central, but when I entered the hotel, although I made the online payment, they asked for a payment again saying that my payment was not received, for this reason I showed that I made the payment by documenting it, I encountered this situation, later on I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, sheets and pillowcases, and there were 2 large and 1 small towels in the shower area, and in addition, thinking that hygiene was zero, for foot health, instead of disposable slippers in the hotel room, there was 1 constantly used bathroom slipper, although we were two people, I wrote this comment by experiencing 7 countries, 23 cities and 100 facilities and above.

First of all, it is in a central location and transportation is very convenient. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. There is a heating system, which is fine in winter, but I don't know if it will be cool in summer. Kettle is available in the rooms and coffee and tea are among the extra treats. Generally cleanliness is nice. You can stay with peace of mind.

The most caring and smiling staff I have ever seen was here. We were hesitant at first when we read the comments, but the rooms were clean and tidy. I even asked about the room scents and I liked them very much. They answer all your questions 24 hours a day. You feel at home. It will be my only choice every time I come to Samsun.

Customer satisfaction and attention were very good. We were greeted with a smile. The cleanliness and order of the rooms etc. everything was very nice. You can stay with peace of mind. It is a very good place in terms of both its central location and access to the surrounding areas.

Later, when I arrived, they quickly sorted out the confusion created by the website I bought and even offered different alternatives. I had the chance to see two rooms and I can say that both of them were 10/10 in terms of hygiene. In terms of location, you are 2 minutes away from everything you need.
