We went out to dinner and had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone from or at the reception to open the door for us, as it is a hotel in a hidden and lonely area it can be dangerous. The rooms are small and cozy, it is a shame the poor service at the reception.

I didn't have a very bad experience but I have been annoyed by several details. First of all, even if I was in vacation I needed to work on the morning. The wifi is not accessible from the rooms. I had to have my meetings in the reception of the hotel. Second, even if the food at night is tasty, the portion is very small. The juices are not fresh. The person who serves dinner in the evening is not very friendly and warm. In general, the employees are not very helpful and do not pay much attention to the comfort of the customers. One morning they were just talking loudly outside of my bedroom door. Also, there is no place to dry your beach clothes, neither in the rooms nor outside. At last, there is a small shop in front of the hotel who play music from 5 pm to 11 pm. Depending on your room, it could be annoying. Positive point: The hotel is pretty clean.

Perfect!! The service, the facilities, the cleanliness, the beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms, the tranquility... everything in this boutique hotel is what I was looking for. Ideal for people who want to rest at night without the noise or hustle and bustle of the center of the island. I come back a thousand times. Thank you for such a good site and such excellent service.

My cousin left 250 reais hidden in her suitcase (closed) and it was missing immediately when it disappeared, but we chose not to judge and look better. Did not find. After checking out and we were already in another hotel, I was missing an accessory of mine that they probably believed was gold (it was just semi-jewelry). I left it on the counter next to my clothes and didn't realize it was gone until that moment. Other negative points are that it is very far from the center, you will be forced to take a taxi every time you need to eat or go on tours, from the hotel to the center taxis charge 30 thousand pesos. Receptionists Marlina and Lina, very kind and attentive. I saw some people complaining about the hot shower and minibar, on the days I stayed they had everything. The downside is that it is a little far from the center, but the hotel offers a transfer to the center in the morning and an afternoon transfer back to the hotel. Wi-Fi only worked near reception. Clean rooms with great air conditioning, small but clean pool. Good service from staff. Our stay was without breakfast, but there is this option and there was also coffee and tea at our disposal almost all day.
