Miraflores Boutique Hotel Adults Only

To echo previous reviews, the hospitality and service of the staff at Miraflores was unmatched. Everyone was so friendly and ready to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Dorothy was AMAZING- she helped us organize tours, a scooter rental, and an extended check-out for our late flight. Dorothy was a super star and we can't thank her enough! Shout out to Alis/Alex as well, who served us for breakfast and dinner and was extremely kind and helpful. We stayed in the ocean view room as well as the superior suite with the private pool- if you can, upgrade to the superior room! It had an amazing bed, huge shower/bathroom area, and we loved having a secluded backyard area with a cold pool to splash around in. We were able to get hot water in the bathroom, but we were too hot to need it! These rooms also had very powerful AC, which was great with the weather being so hot!!! Be aware that the hotel is on a very quiet side of the island, which we loved! But you will need a scooter/buggy/taxi to get around. There aren't many restaurants in walking distance (except Ayora's restaurant, which we recommend!) and the hotel doesn't serve lunch, so keep transportation options in mind. But it was lovely being on the lush green property, across from the ocean sunset, in a much more chill area of the island!! Thanks to all the staff for such an amazing stay!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and property. This hotel is situated on the southern end of the island, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very calm and relaxing and the staff is very attentive. We had an absolutely wonderful time there. AND if you want to go to town or other beaches, everything is 5-10 minutes away. A perfect place!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by super friendly, welcoming staff. Dorothy, Johann, Alex and Jesus in particular were extremely helpful and made our stay awesome! We got help with recommendations for stuff to do, restaurants etc and they couldn’t do enough for us. The room was nice and clean, super quiet and the restaurant was great too! So happy that we stayed there and would 100% go to Miraflores again when we return 😁

This place must have paid reviewers because I do not understand how it could have such good reviews. The place does not look like the photos. The staff was rude, there were many bugs, the bed was hard as a rock, and the service was terrible. And if you rent a room with the jacuzzi like I did, know that there is no heat, these are just small cold water baths. As a matter of fact, our shower didn't have hot water either. I will say the only redeeming factor was the chef, super friendly guy. To top it off, the owner is a liar and a slime ball. Trust me, you will find better places to stay. I would suggest booking any other hotel on beautiful San Andres!
