Wifi barely works & you can only access in the restaurant. Rooms aren’t cleaned well & even if you have a do not disturb sign they come into your room. The safes don’t worked either. Do not book your stay here. El Wi-Fi casi no trabaja y solamente lo pueden usar en el restaurante y de si pones que no entren al cuarto todavía entran. La caja fuerte tampoco trabajo no se queden acá!

It is a very good hotel, it has an excellent location and it also has an exclusive bathroom for its clients who are on the beach. The food is good but not varied. The negative thing in my opinion is that it is very close to the clubs and this can affect the sleep of some guests and something that they do have to see if or how to improve although it does not depend solely on the hotel is that in the area where they are located there are a sewer that overflows frequently and when there is no breeze the smell is fetid and nauseating and affects the rooms that have a sea view, especially those next to the street next to the hotel. Outside of this, the service is very good, the rooms are comfortable. When I went I had the room that was next to the sewer tab, the view and the room were spectacular but the noise pollution and the smell were unbearable. I went to San Andrés at the beginning of September and from what I realized they still had the same problems, with the exception that where the room where I stayed was, they are now doing construction that apparently is an extension of the hotel. I hope they can improve the plumbing issue because the hotel really is good.

It was highly recommended to me and it was a big disappointment. The hotel is deteriorated and the facilities, although you can see that they have been painted, look old. I paid for a room with a view of the sea and the pedestrian street (which is the only halfway pretty thing on the island) and it was the WORST mistake. EVERY night in front of the hotel people gather with speakers to listen to loud music, shout and dance until 5:00 am!!!!!. At the reception they told me that it has been happening for some time, they ask the police for help and they do nothing. I personally called the police 3 times and they responded that "there is no restriction on listening to music or dancing on the pedestrian street." Incredible that in a tourist place, where families with children and elderly people go, they allow this outrage and that the hotels do not do something about it. After 2 nights without sleep I asked for a room change and they sent me to a super small, dark room, without a view, uncomfortable, with an old and noisy air conditioning and refrigerator, without a balcony or place to put wet things (you have to leave them outside in a chair)... I couldn't sleep or rest on my vacation. And honestly, I expected the manager or customer service person to apologize for the inconvenience caused. I feel like I paid a lot of money for a service I didn't receive. Fatal. The food was acceptable. The bar offers many cocktails, most of them sweet and with cheap drinks. The only thing I really liked was the Andina beer. I found the dining room and reception staff friendly. I saw a show that was good. The cleaning was average, many sheets were stained and the towels were old. Just like the mattresses and pillows... they are already showing their age... I left San Andres sad, the island is dirty and messy, it looks like no man's land. Traffic with motorcycles and strollers parked anywhere is chaos. It rains and floods in 5 minutes... There is definitely no good tourist development. What a shame because the sea is beautiful and has great potential. I wanted to go to help "move the economy", we all know they are going through difficult times but I will definitely not return.

The best thing is that it is in front of the beach and close to all the shops in the center, we loved the food and the attention of the employees at the bar and the restaurant, as well as the guys at the reception, we found the room clean every day and with clean towels... They treated us very well and made our vacation better! I would return without a doubt.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the bed in the room is very large and comfortable. The problem is food and drink. The food is served buffet style early, if you go to dinner after 7:30 p.m. everything is cold and there is almost no food left. The drinks are with very very cheap alcohol, the sensation is like drinking ethyl alcohol. They should raise the quality of their products.

As for the hotel facilities, nothing out of this world, the most basic. If we talk about service, this hotel leaves a lot to be desired: If you pay for an ALL INCLUSIVE hotel, why charge you for the drinks left in the room? The drinks that they prepare at the PESIMAS hotel do not have a measure regarding the tequila, soft drink, etc. that they put in them. Therefore the taste is not pleasant at all. On my last day, I went for the snack on time since it was until 12:00, I went at 11:50 am and they no longer wanted to serve me, even though they still had the food. Telling me that they were no longer allowed. The buffet food, whether morning, afternoon or evening, was finished and they were no longer refilled, so we had to come early to be able to eat warm, and to have the variety. We had to go out a couple of times to eat at what was around the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again. We went with hope on our wedding trip and it was a huge disappointment.

The truth is we expected much more from the hotel, we were quite disappointed when they gave us our room. The photos show only the "suites" but in reality that is not the case. We paid a very high price for lodging, and they sent us to a very small room. It had two beds that were pushed together, a decent bathroom and only one closet to store things. The bathroom was not washed properly and the mirrors were corroded by humidity. The air conditioning made too much noise and the door to the room did not fit well, filtering too much light. It looked like a hostel, we paid almost 350,000 pesos per night per person; For that price there are many better options, El Decameron Aquarium, El Hotel Sunraise, Los Delfines... The service on the other hand was quite good, the staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was good, although the food area was REALLY small. The hotel has an advantage that no other has, it is in front of the main beach. And the area is very touristy, everything is close at hand which made things better. At night there are live shows in the pool (which by the way is tiny and only one) that are spectacular. If you want to have a spacious room you have to pay a higher price, in my case we had to pay 1 million more pesos, which was already ridiculous. I highly recommend Arenablanca, which is the same company and has much more respectable and spacious facilities.
