My husband and I stayed only one night, and it was totally gross! We arrived at the hotel at 8 pm and immediately went out to grab food, so I didn't check the bed directly. At first, it looks a decent hotel room on the top floor, and the hotel looked clean. When we prepared to sleep, I removed the blanket and there was a folded napkin and stained sheet! The sheets were clearly never changed after the previous guests but they just made the bed! The person from reception didn't even say 'sorry'. We requested new sheets and my husband and I changed the sheet, and even the new ones were full of yellowish stains. (We stayed in even cheaper hotels in Providencia and San Andres the following week, and they had always clean white sheets without stains, so it is not the island's water quality, etc but the hotel's fault) In the morning, one of the maids apologized (and forgot to give us our breakfast and we waited 40 minutes extra) but she tried to convince me that the napkin was stuck on a clean sheet after washing. (you can see the photos attached) The napkin was obviously dry and fluffy, so water never touched it and the bed sheet was full of stains. So, I don't know, if it was a one-time mistake or if they never bother to change the sheets for one-night guests, either way, it is gross!

O hotel é limpinho, fornece toalhas para a praia, tem um café da manhã simples mas ao mesmo tempo muito gostoso e suficiente para começar o dia. Ótima localização, dá para ir a pé para o aeroporto e para a praia principal, tem ótimos restaurantes bem próximos ( gostamos muito do La Marina e El Peruano). Tem água e café a vontade o dia todo, funcionários educados, recomendo muito este hotel. Também tem um ótimo secador no quarto. Do nosso quarto e do local que toma café, era possível avistar o mar. Um ponto a melhorar é o serviço de quarto, pois esqueciam de trocar as toalhas e repor papel higiênico, aí tínhamos que pedir. E no último dia o checkout era as 12:00, porém 11:45 as mulheres da limpeza já estavam batendo no nosso quarto pra saber se já tínhamos saído, sugiro esperar dar 12:00!

Excelente opción, muy cómodas camas, habitaciones amplias, buenísima ubicación. El personal muy atento y el desayuno completo. Hay café y agua disponible siempre de cortesía. La única observación es que no cuenta con agua caliente en todas las habitaciones. Aún así es un muy buen lugar para pasar unos lindos días!

Excelente hotel, súper limpio y acogedor muy buena atención del personal tanto en la recepción como las damas del restaurant y aseo son muy amables y atentas excelente ubicación volvería muchas veces más el menú de los desayunos variados. Recomendado al 100

No es un hotel de lujo pero tiene todo lo que se necesita para una buena estadía. Lo bueno: Desayuno americano. Tiene acompañamientos que varían cada día como arepas, hotcakes, bolitas de queso, entre otros. Atención del personal: excelente. Siempre disponibles para cualquier necesidad. Ubicación: a 2 cuadras de la playa principal. Está cerca de una pizzería, supermercado, tiendas de comida y farmacia. Lo que puede mejorar: Limpieza: a pesar de que todos los días nos hacían limpieza, siempre había arena en el suelo. Lo malo: hace demasiado calor en los pasillos y en el comedor. No hay ascensor, así que no lo recomiendo para quienes tengan problemas de movilidad.

Excelente atención, desayuno abundante con frutas, infucion y proteínas que va cambiando con los días. Habitación cómoda, dispones de agua fría, caliente y café las 24hs gratuita. Al llegar dejamos los bolsos en el hotel, luego hicimos el Chek in a la hora pactada. El último día nos dejaron dejar las cosas en el cuarto de recepción y nos permitieron ducharnos en un desarenero. Cerca de la playa y del centro. Casa de cambio a 3 cuadras
