I need to talk to customer service - we went to our room and room was like someone had already been there. I would like half refund because I went down to speak to them about their filthy room- they could not resolve the issue o- I am a frequent user of hotel apps and decided to use “TRIP” - was disappointed very disappointed with this Hotel - they would not remedy the situation- we had to leave the hotel 8 and stay somewhere else. Please may I have half my money because I had to pay for another hotel
