I reserved this hotel directly six months ago however now no one answers our emails or messages. I presume there must be some sort of family emergency or something going on but it would be nice if prospective guests could be kept in the loop. I went ahead and booked another hotel because I didn’t know what else to do. Disappointing because I have been corresponding with the owner and he seemed terrific.
