Spa Hotels in San Antonio

The experience was lovely, customer service was perfect, and the location was great. However, they can work on valet service and the cleanliness due to mildew on the ceiling of bathroom. Lastly. I do wish I had time to try their breakfast but I wasn't able to due to my schedule, it's a nice touch though.

This was my first at this resort. My husband and I really enjoyed our spa experience. When you book an appointment you have access to the spa pool, steam room and sauna at any time during that day. It was nice they had an adult area and a family area for pool lounging. Having a nature trail was a plus! Plenty to do at the resort, make sure to check the calendar for events happening. The food at Primero cantina was not good and not to my liking. Shuttles are available to La Cantera shops and to fiesta texas. We dined at Signature which was a really great place for a date. The red snapper was delicious! Overall had a great experience.

The rooms were great. We were able to get adjoining rooms . Room location was convenient to the many amenities that are available. The lazy river was fun and refreshing. The Spa treatments were outstanding. The valet service was a little slow, but it was nearly 100 degrees and the parking requires walking back uphill.

The comparison of the decisions made by multiple stores is very worthwhile! The rooms are large and clean, and the price is high. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, and you can walk directly to the river walk out of the hotel. The downside is that wifi is too slow

My husband and I did a weekend getaway.the whole experience from check int to checkout was lovely. Upon check in i mentioned how rare it was for us to get away because we care for my 87 yr old Mom who has Alzheimer's. Yajaira was so sweet and unexpectedly upgraded our room to one with a balcony overlooking the Riverwalk . What a treat. The hotel is very clean and there is hand sanitizer conveniently located throughout. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeper greeted us whenever they saw us in the hallway. It is obvious that the staff enjoy working at this hotel. The bar manager has been there 37 years and one bartender we spoke to had been there for 13 years. If you need referrals ask the staff. Our bartender suggested Boudro's for dinner and it was marvelous. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I was double charged aside from the 43 dollars/ per night parking fee and when I called customer service, I was told that this was a split bill. The receipt that I got from the hotel states one charge but I was charged that price, plus another charge of twice that amount. Customer service refused or was incapable of explaining to me why I was charged twice. I suggest that you do not stay at this hotel.

I recently attended a wonderful conference at the Plaza San Antonio Hotel and Spa. Beautiful rooms, amazing bed, loved the grounds and amenities. Special mention to Amina and Helena at the front desk for going above and beyond to make everything easy and enjoyable. A big thanks also to Chloe for the great breakfast service at Corinne, and great barista coffee to revive a jet lagged traveller!

We stayed here on a Saturday night and made the reservation that morning. It cost around $320 or $330 for the night. The room was fairly large. There was the main room with 2 double beds and another room (open floor plan) with a sofa bed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. In the morning, they had a nice breakfast with various options. The hotel is fairly close to the Riverwalk and The Alamo. It cost around $10 to Uber to the Riverwalk, and around $15 to return (excluding tip).

The hotel is beautiful!! The staff is so professional and helpful. My bed was very comfy and the food is amazing!!! If you every in San Antonio stay at Valencia, we stay every time we are downtown. Sarah, the front desk Manager is nothing but wonderful, she always make you, feel welcome and goes out of her way to insure your have a wonderful stay!

As we walked into this hotel, we were blown away with this wonderful aroma of goodness. This hotel smelled like no other hotel we have ever been in. The ambiance and setting in the hotel was very fine quality. The staff was AMAZINGGG each day !!!!We stayed a few nights to celebrate our 27th anniversary and when I tell you John the bellman made it such a special and wonderful experience. He went above and beyond and has such a great personality and kind spirit. We shared with him that it was our anniversary and the next day he told the concierge Phyliss of it and they delivered fresh handmade chocolate covered strawberries with champagne and the most sweetest note congratulating us on our anniversary. We can't wait to go back!!!!Thank you The Westin for making our weekend very special!!!!
