Hotel Imperial

We returned to this hotel for the second consecutive year and it proved to be an excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms with all the comforts and always clean. All the staff from the reception to the dining room, from the bar to the cleaning ladies are super friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant is good with a nice choice of vegetable and dessert buffets. Amazing breakfast served by the pool. Nice holiday!!!! I can do nothing but recommend it.

We stayed for a week in August on a full board basis. A family holiday, book 2 superior rooms. Comfortable rooms, with small terrace, cleanliness is excellent, change of towels every day. Reserved parking, free in front of the hotel. We were especially impressed by the exquisite cuisine and desserts. The free bicycle service was excellent for visiting the city and above all the beautiful San Benedetto promenade. Helpful and courteous staff. Congratulations to the owner for choosing the team ... Fantastic!

I stayed with my husband and my son in this structure, after two years of absence due to "COVID" but we returned as regular customers and as usual it turned out to be a good standard hotel with no improvements compared to 2019. The facilities of this generally they must always be updated every year especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms and gym. The negative note was at the time of payment, as for health reasons we anticipated the return by 3 days, seeing us charged the penalty of 800.00 euros which I had paid as a deposit. The e-mail specifies that the deposit will not be returned but, however, I thought that with common sense and reasonableness we could agree. (3 days cost me 800.00 euros without breakfast, lunch and dinner, a bit too much I would say.. ...) The advice is to carefully read the e-mails otherwise you will find yourself in surprises.

camere spaziose, buona pulizia, bagno dotato di tutti i comfort, colazione abbondante e di buona qualità e con prodotti per chi soffre di intolleranze alimentari, posizione centrale, silenzio, personale cortese, si raggiunge facilmente uscendo dall'autostrada

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert - die Familie der Eigentümer arbeitet mit sehr viel Herzblut und Gastfreundlichkeit im Hotelbetrieb mit das Essen war sehr gut und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Wir werden wiederkommen

Siamo stati in questa struttura per una settimana in pensione completa, che dire, non riesco a trovare nessun difetto: le camere stupende e pulite ogni giorno nel minimo dettaglio, il mangiare buonissimo con contorni, insalate e dolci esposti in formula buffet, tutto il resto servito con una qualità altissima, personale di sala e reception gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi orario, infine la colazione con veramente tutto ciò che si può desiderare. Presenza di palestra piscina e giochi per bambini che coccolano la permanenza. Consiglio questo hotel su tutti i fronti.
