The hotel is very close to the civic center of Bariloche. I found the room somewhat narrow; as well as the bathroom, but the view towards the lake is very beautiful. You do have to climb a hill to get there, but it is not too steep and it is good to do some exercise. I didn't like that check out is at 10 am, which seems very early to me.

There was some confusion when checking in because the room wasn't clean, so we went for a walk downtown so that the room would be clean when we returned. What happened was that when we arrived, the room was dirty, the floor was dirty, the bed hadn't been changed and the bathroom had soap residue, the worst part of all was that we couldn't complain because there is no employee at the hotel.

The hotel exceeded all expectations! We rented a room for three and there was a stunning view of the lake through a huge window. The bed was very soft, clean and big. The breakfast was not bad: cereal, yogurt, milk, croissants, toast with butter and jam, muffins, apples, oranges, coffee and tea. I highly recommend the hotel! The city center is 10 minutes walk away. And next to the house there is a restaurant "Parilla de Tony" very tasty meat.
