Lo que destaco es la atención de la dueña, está muy pendiente de que te encuentres bien atendido y siempre está dispuesta a ayudarte dándote recomendaciones sobre los sitios a visitar.
El desayuno es muy rico.
La ubicación es buena, es muy cerca del parque principal, como a 600 metros, pero como el hotel queda en una loma el regreso del centro hacia el hotel es exigente físicamente y más si vas con maletas.
Las habitaciones son sencillas, limpias, de pronto se echa de menos un televisor para entretenerse cuando se está en la habitación.

Very friendly family run small hotel. The family were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast good in a light bright room. Our room was small which was fine though the en suite bathroom was a tight squeeze- we’re not sylph like unfortunately. Still, it didn’t bother us terrifically. Yea

Hotel on the 3rd line of Bariloche. It’s not far from the main street of the city, but since the city is very hilly, it’s a bit difficult to walk. You can only enter the hotel by ringing the bell, so if you return late, you will feel awkward when the sleepy owner opens the door for you. The building is completely wooden, so you can hear the street, the next room, the corridor and everything at the same time. There is nothing from the hotel kit (slippers, bathrobes, toothbrush). But the tap water is just perfect to drink! There is no air conditioning, instead there is a window. That was enough for me. The rooms are simple but very well maintained. WiFi is quite normal. We were not able to try the breakfast. The staff is quite friendly, but does not offer advice without asking. And taking into account that in the vicinity of Bariloche there is a complete madhouse with transport - this would not be out of place.

The location leaves something to be desired because to get to the Civic Center we have to walk about ten minutes, the breakfast is not the best, the size of the room is good but the bathroom is small and after a shower the floor gets wet, the towels are only changed every three days, the cable TV service shouldn't even be mentioned as the image is impossible to see (the color varies from colored to black and white) and the channels (all) are scrolling all the time, When I asked reception for help, they said that “the cable TV in Bariloche is very bad and useless”, it turns out that in another hotel in the same city where we stayed a few days before, the cable TV was incredibly good. The parking lot barely fits three vehicles, the rest are on the street. In short: terrible accommodation, not worth returning even for free

We stayed in May, Mariana is an impeccable host. She was attentive to every detail. The hotel has very good taste for those who want a quiet, neat atmosphere, with quality food (don't miss the coconut cake and apple pudding that Mariana makes...exquisite). It is worth highlighting the careful taste in decoration, from art wherever you want to see (paintings and sculptures, photos), to plants and rugs placed in the exact place. It always smells delicious, but in the mornings the aroma of freshly baked bread wakes you up (and then it's kind of hard for you to go back to sleep...it makes you hungry!). The sweets are exquisite. Natural yogurt made by them, orange juice, eggs. The bedding (linen) of very good quality, as well as the very comfortable box spring. The shower with very good pressure. The temperature of the place is fair (you don't die of heat as has happened to me in other places in the south). All the people who attended us, from the person who received us to the person who said goodbye to us at check out, were impeccable! Thank you!!! beautiful experience.

We stayed in Las Marianas for several days, the towels are changed every 4 days, which seems quite bad to me from the hotel service point of view, the cleaning was acceptable, but they were not detail-oriented. The breakfast was good, the room was comfortable, I think they need to improve the bedding as it looked quite worn. If you are going to be outside all day and only go to the hotel to sleep, it fulfills that function.
