No ac in this hotel exactly as for all. No ventilation in the rooms with windows to sun. Poor spa and room 210 noisy due to compressors near the windows. Noisy street during the day. Overall poor place. You better pay more and get at least a place with less noise

Not a 4 star by any standard. Rooms are small. They are hot even when it is 40f out side. You have to open a window to keep them cool. Then you get street noise. No way to control temp. You shower whole bathroom is wet. Room is to small way to small. Bed is to singles pushed together. Location is the only good thing.

The assigned room #110, on the 1st floor, had a view to a tiny yard full of split air conditioning compressors (10 units) and two other unknown noisy engines (photos). Room area was 9sqm (less than 100 sq feet). No air conditioning inside despite W orientation to sunset, 29 degrees Celsius and no fridge for fresh water. Toilet had neither window nor ventilation. They gave us a noisy old fan (see photo). Excuse for not changing room was full occupancy. Manager José María only showed up late next morning claiming that Stars awarded did not follow international rules but "depended on different criteria". Only after informing him about our online claim to local Tourism authorities he change his speech and "kindly offered a new room, with AC, fridge, right área, and ventilated Toilet. ROOM #110 and upper *10 tiny rooms should not be sold as belonging to a 4star hotel. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY #10 ROOM NO MATTER THE FLOOR.

Booked room that was not available, so the option offered were downgrade take it or leave it. Reception not polite, breakfast very basic for the price, internet doesn't work all and nobody solves. If you need a good cost benefit, it's not the hotel to come.

NEVER STAY THERE! I originally booked at another hotel (Cristal ) the day before they cancelled on me and just sent my booking to this hotel. With a "discount" 3 days later I was charged triple yes triple!!! I called them to resolve this and was responded by there is nothing they can do, while I sent the 3 extra charges, the response was also very rude! Now I am trying to fix this through my bank, but this situation became extremely frustrating.

The TV did not work. For a bottle of water that waited for us in the room at our arrival they charged us 550( five hundred and fifty) Pesos. The price in the city is 250 Pesos-Not to say that the hotel should have been kind enough to offer the water to us. Poor hospitality.Kenton hotel-the hospitality worts sometimes at least as money.

When we arrived, it took us over an hour to check in, the staff where very unkind. For example, the weather was bad and they made us walk a block to pay a city tax because they wouldn’t let us check in if we didn’t and our credit card didn’t work on the online platform (we stayed at other hotels before and they pay the tax for you, besides, we asked to give us the room and we would do it as soon as the weather improved yet they didn’t help us with that). While all that was happening, they have no parking reserved for arrivals so we didn’t have where to leave the car and they offered a parking that was a block away yet they wouldn’t give it to us until after check in… so all that hour we had to park illegally and stress about police coming. Of course they charged us for that parking. The room was ugly and small, no complementary anything, not even a glass to drink water, and they left a water bottle but saying it costs $320! I also read they charge you for using the pool but we didn’t go. I really don’t understand how this place has 4 stars, I would give it 2 tops… It was clean and well located though

Volví ayer de Bariloche y estuve en el hotell Kenton..una estadia hermosa!! tenia miedo por las critiicas que hacia mucho calor..etc y la verdad ...NaDa que ver!! y eso que estuve con dias de 32 grados...el personal del hotel super amorosos y atentos a cada pedido ..el desayuno conpleto muy bueno !! una sugerencia ..no tomen al pie de la letra las crtitiicas negativas! hay personas y personas que no les viene nada bien !! Para entrar al hotel hay que subir escaleras..pero ante imposibilidad dificultad el personal tienen otra entrada sin escaleras..solo le.avisan al personal del hotel y listo! Recomiendo este hotel y la ubicación inmejorable! Gracias ✨

Op onze rondreis door Argentinië en Chili 3 nachten in dit hotel verbleven. Wat een verschrikking, oud, versleten en gammel. De badkamer kon er mee door, maar de inrichting van de kamer met een losstaande soort van kast was treurig. Geen kluisje en geen airco. De vriendelijkheid van het receptiepersoneel kan ook beter. Geen minimaal water beschikbaar in het hotel.
