This was such a wonderful stay! The staff - and specifically Gonzalo - were so incredibly helpful. From arranging me airport transfer to/from, to giving me recommendations on places to see locally, and just generally being incredibly helpful. The space itself has a beautiful view overlooking a lake with Andes mountains in sight. The room was charming and clean - with heated floors!!! The location is away from the center of Bariloche so it was much quieter which I loved. Also right next to an amazing park to hike and see the waterfalls. You don’t NEED a car, but I would probably recommend one.

The beauty and tranquility of the location and hostel is second to none. It is tucked away from the city yet it is a short car's ride away from everything. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help and give good advise. This is a place to revisit for sure.

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable and at a very good price. Its location is excellent for resting in a quiet area with beautiful views of the lake from all sides, but very easy to access the center of Bariloche in 15 minutes. The attention and kindness of the staff was definitely something to highlight. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and varied. For those who go skiing, it is very close to the access to the Cathedral. And it also has very good accessibility to the 40 for any walk you want to do. Good WIFI (I had to work from there some days). The only thing to improve is the excessive heat in the lobby since the sun shines all morning plus the heating, it creates a bubble that really makes it uncomfortable during breakfast. I recommend it without a doubt, and I thank you for the beautiful days we spent! PS: Everything is just as it is shown in the photos. It is something to highlight because it does not always happen!

Disfrutamos la estadía, un lugar con hermosas vistas al lago Gutierrez. Excelente todo el personal, por su profesionalidad y amabilidad, y la atención de sus dueños. También muy bueno el restaurante, con muy buenos platos y con buenos precios. Gracias!!!

Receptivo horrível grossa e arrogante, desonestos não cumpriram o estabelecido nas condições informadas na reserva pelo booking, acesso por 2 km rua de terra esburacada com muito barro, café da manha horrível, pagamento somente em dinheiro ou no cartão em DOLAR o que não estava nas condições estabelecidas na reserva, e se eu não concordasse a sugestão seria "PROCURE OUTRA ACOMODAÇÃO" e iriam debitar uma diária do meu cartão, pouco prestativos e não levaram em conta o fato de estar com minha sogra de 87 anos e minha tia de 70 anos CANSADAS após viajar por toda noite, minha pior experiência de hospedagem. Fui obrigado a aceitar pelas condições das minhas acompanhantes, não recomendo a ninguém se hospedar nesta pousada, quase estragou minha viagem SIMPLESMENTE HORRIVEL NÃO RECOMENDO.
