Clean, not outdated but not fancy either. The services was great, our tour included breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great although same options every day. Dinner was outstanding. Great personnel, much appreciated. Restroom in the room was on the smaller size. Bed was comfortable. I also used the massage services, it was a great a massage after a day of skiing, the masseuse focused on the usual skiers pain points. 10/10.

We wanted a place to stay between dropping off our hire car (Hertz office is very close) and getting the coach to Chile (a short bus ride to the coach terminal). This worked well and the price was reasonable, considering Bariloche is very expensive. The lobby was pleasant, but rooms were small and tired with no air conditioning. Breakfast was standard continental.

Muy bien atendidos, excelente ubicación, desayuno super completo y te dejaban desayunar el la habitación, muy familiar, la atención de los chicos del comedor Hector, Ari, Guille y Celeste de 10, comida y bebida a precios accesibles y calidad. Podías comer en habitación también, muy atentos y accesibles todos habitaciones cómodas y limpieza en general, hidromasaje y sauna seco incluidos en el precio de la habitación y copa de bienvenida de regalo, detalles que marcan la diferencia, volveremos es un hecho.

Cero quejas, exelente hotel, reserve con 1/2 pension , la comida y el desayuno exelente, buena ubicacion, habitacion comoda con buenos colchones, buena calefaccion, en fin todo funciono muy bien. el baño un poco chico pero no opaca al resto

La ubicación perfecta, súper limpio, la habitación muy cómoda para dos.Lo único que el frigobar era chico y no enfriaba mucho.El desayuno era adecuado y si bien no tenía restaurante te ofrecían cenar en el hotel de enfrente, a precio muy conveniente el menú. Por 22000 argentinos comimos los dos el menú del hotel, con entrada,plato principal,bebida y postre. Fuimos en semana santa y nos alojamos en el tercer piso. Yo volvería sin problema.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones confortables y el desayuno super completo, no le faltaba nada. La atención de todo el personal impecable muy amables y a disposición del pasajero. Lo recomiendo 100% Cuando regrese a Bariloche seguramente lo elegiré. Gracias x todo.

Nos alojamos 2 parejas en junio de 2023. En general la experiencia fue REGULAR. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a pasos de restaurantes, tiendas, etc, ideal para quien visita la ciudad sin conocerla. En cuanto al Hotel mismo se aprecia una falta de mantencion en cuanto a pintura y mobiliario; infraestructura desactualizada. La habitación cómoda, limpia, pero también con falta de mantencion. El desayuno bueno si bien muy controlado en cuanto a lo que uno podía servirse (uno le tiene que pedir al personal lo que desea y son ellos quienes le sirven el alimento del mismo buffet en la cantidad que estiman conveniente). Me imagino que esa dinámica es para controlar gastos; nunca la había visto. Otra cosa que nos llamo la atención era que tenían un cupo para cenar en el restaurant: pasado ese cupo te decían que no podías cenar (RARO NO ??). El proceso de check in y check out fue rápido.

Pésimo, el peor hotel en el que he estado. Si bien está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son pequeñas, antiguas, no tienen ni siquiera lámpara de noche. Se me extravió la tarjeta de entrada y me la cobraron. Hotel que no alcanza ni para 2 estrellas. Desayuno precario, comida avinagrada. Ideal para gente que no esté acostumbrada a buenos hoteles.
