Best hostel, awesome vibe awesome service. Stayed two nights at dorms and one night in apartment. Amazing view, very clean, and breakfast is absolutely fine. The woman in the front desk is amazing, will never forget her. Laundry service is very recommended. The vibe in the shared flat is the best Thanks so much!

We booked a single night as a transition since we had the flight at dawn. It was a horrible experience. Mainly because of the bathroom, which not only was not hygienic but was very small, with dirty curtains. The truth, horror. We asked for a room with a double bed and they gave us a room with two separate small beds. We do not give 1 star because the reception was quite nice with a Pool that helps pass the time until check-in but we would not repeat under any point of view. A shame.

Very old and unmaintained hotel. During our stay, the elevator broke down, there was no water, there was no electricity and the reception was not the most friendly. Very poor continental breakfast, even for a two-star hotel. Cleaning okay but otherwise not good.

The attention of all the staff was excellent (Flavia, Niki, María and the staff who served breakfast). From kindness to willingness to tell you what to do or how to get around. The room with an incredible lake view. Abundant breakfast. Above it has a kitchen and refrigerator for common use. Water with good flow and temperature. Excellent location. The common areas are very nice and comfortable. Good connectivity, even in the room!!! We would choose them again!

Bad hotel. We stayed in the apartment, the smell of mold was unbearable and they put on perfume to cover it up. The walls are all moldy, there is a room with bunk beds that you can't stay in due to the smell. Horrible bathrooms, broken flush, lots of visible plumbing. Strong smell of gas! The images do not match reality. Beds with soft mattresses, it's scary to sleep in that place. The elevator looks like it's going to fall. They claim to be 2 stars, but in reality they are none, there are many better hotels for the same price, terrible! Horrible!!!! Don't stay there!

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to the attention of the staff. The receptionists and breakfast girls willing to help. Nice atmosphere for chats with other people. Good location near the center (Salta Street). The private triple room is comfortable and has good heating. The bathroom and cleanliness could improve.

MUQUIFO: Never go to this hotel, don't ruin your vacation in Bariloche: our room had mold right on the entrance wall, 6th floor and an old elevator that barely fits 2 suitcases; bathroom with leaks, mold on the walls, old and sagging mattresses, broken bed frame, unbearable smell and terrible service. And the worst part: we paid more than the best hotels in the surrounding area. And finally: the first morning there was a very strong smell of gas near the bedroom door; RISK of explosion and the manager said it was normal. NEVER go to this Hotel: RISK OF EXPLOSION (GAS LEAK). Elevator doesn’t support more tnan 2 luggage; water leak, old matresses, horrible smell, DON’T RUIN YOUR holidays, FOR the same money you can go to basic and hygienic and safe places in Bariloche.
