Welcome was warm. All staff were keen to please. Location was superb. Hotel was clean. Facilities were available. Swimming pool was fun. Pool bar was well stocked. And food in either pool bar or restaurant was interesting, well presented and tasty. Rooms were clean and tidy, bed large and comfortable, shower had lots of hot water and there were shelves and hooks to hang clothes etc. Particularly loved the patio and garden with lemon tree.

What a wonderful place. You drive up a beautiful long driveway to be greeted by a very warm welcome. We were there for my best friend’s wedding and it couldn’t be in a better location. Beautiful grounds and fabulous rooms. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. So much better than staying in a commercialised hotel. If you’re looking for something completely different and utterly beautiful this is the perfect location.

Absolutely beautiful venue, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, I was attending a wedding for the week and they were incredible with my family and I, especially with my young daughter. You could really tell how much they all cared it was a beautiful week and I would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Just got married at Villa Rizzo Hotel and Spa. Cannot praise the staff enough the complex is a rustic charming truly stunning location.The grounds are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for Generoso and the his team they are incredibly hard working and extremely helpful. The food is absolutely excellent, the chef should be proud. We could not have had a better time anywhere in the UK.

The room and beautiful property exceeded our expectations. Full service lovely spa. The setting of the restaurant was amazing. The service was fantastic. Maybe it was an off night but the food was subpar. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

Overall it was a very nice experience. I had a chololate scrub and it was amazing, the lady was very comforting and made me relax. However, it was a part of my bachelorette’s party, we went there 6 girls but the jakuzzi was not big enough, it was made for 3 people max and it was a bit of a problem. We used all the facilities and had some relaxing tea afterwards and it was nice.
