When you take a shower you have to wait more than 5 minutes for hot water to come out, which is not so good because it is cold and you freeze for those 5 minutes while you wait for the hot water to come out and then the shower pressure is low, so I think that needs to be improved a little.

The location is perfect for walking on the pedestrian streets, everything was close by. We had rainy days but that didn't stop us, they leave you an umbrella in the room, a great detail. The bed was super comfortable, everything was very clean. They helped us with information about nearby towns. It is a small hotel in the city center, but complete, with good service and cleanliness, I highly recommend it.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel, but we really liked it. We asked for rooms on the ground floor because we are older people. The bed was very nice, the pillows were soft, I really liked the bathroom. We needed to buy some things at the pharmacy and they helped us, they are very kind.

An excellent experience, I will definitely return to Docecuartos. Clean rooms, very good location, you can see everything on foot. A couple of blocks from the Cathedral and the pedestrian walkways. The staff was very attentive and the decor was amazing.
