清潔度や食事は文句ないレベル。 但し、各サイトでやたら評価が高いけど、個人的にはそこまで共感できず。 涼しい土地ではあるが、4つ星なのに冷蔵庫がないのには驚愕だしあり得ない。 確かに暖房設備は付いていたが天井に埋め込まれており真下にしか風がでない造りのため、床の一部分が集中的に温まるという、謎仕様。部屋全体は温まらないので冬場の夜は寒い。 スペイン語オンリーのスタッフが多く、英語でのコミュニケーションが出来ず困った時間帯が多い。 その為かは不明だがスタッフも東南アジア辺りと比べるとどこがドライな印象。夜勤の男性Marioは英語も話すし非常に親切でお世話になった。 単に忘れてて部屋の清掃がされてなかった日が1日あった。 アメニティも必要最低限で歯磨き等も無し。 部屋は綺麗だが広さは必要最低限。
