Nothing in particular. Everything seemed fine and excellent. I had a nice time at te hotel. And for the resturant, the food was so sweet and delicious. I recommend it to other people as well. Thanks for the invite .

Excelent hotel, the best on the Tachira state. Good location, next of a mall. Everything are clean and comfortable, Cold rooms, with all you needs, very safe and great attentions. Will recommend for business, vacations, just the best in the area.

After a long time without visiting Venezuela, I have stayed 3 nights with my family, and the experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting San Cristobal, it is next to Sambil Shopping Mall, where you will find banks, and the main stores in the city.

Wonderful hotel. Excellent attention. Room cleaning, cleaning staff, hotel staff, security, reception, hotel restaurant, EVERYTHING, absolutely everything was fantastic. Super educated people, willing to help you, collaborate with what you need. They have taxi service too. The hotel restaurant is open 24 hours and the food is EXCELLENT!!!!
