THEY CANCELLED 2 wks before our trip, and never refunded $600 dollars. Never received a copy of the reimbursement, never received my already paid portion. Such a scam, very unprofessional and wound NOT recommend. El hotel canceló mis 3 cuartos, 2 semanas antes de mi llegada. Nunca recibí más información de mi reembolso, y nunca me dieron mis $600 dólares. Falta profesionalismo NO RECOMIENDO.

A constant struggle to get what you paid for. Lobby never picks up, their manager has a very big mouth for such a small will to help. The bathroom shampoo smelled rotten. I will never ever bring my clients back to this place. It did not only was an unpleasant experience but it might cost me dearly since my customers left with a very sour experience, this was definitely a terrible mistake. Their manager has the guts to run to the street yelling at people while the other employees just watch and laugh about it! Unbelievable! Nasty people.

estuve en la habitación presidencial y llegamos a las 4pm nos comentaron que no había luz nos comentaron que iba a volver pronto. -yo le tenía planeado una sorpresa a mi pareja por mi aniversario y no la pudimos disfrutar, -el jacuzzi salía el agua café/amarilla -el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó -nos salió un alacrán en la noche -hay una puerta que conecta a otro cuarto, se escuchaban todas las voces y pláticas del otro lado después de las 11pm y empezaron a las 7 am… NO NOS DEJARON DESCANSAR!!! -el restaurante nos comentó desde que llegamos que opciones tenían disponibles y cuales no, pero cuando pedimos pizza nos dejaron 1 hora sin dar servicio hasta que mi pareja fue a preguntar qué pasaba y le comentaron que en realidad nunca iba a salir la pizza porque no servía el horno. El servicio por parte de recepción a sido muy lento.

Visitamos por 3era vez Quinta Fabiana el Restaurante, el 20 Enero 2024, El Servicio y Atencion como siempre excelente, Me encanta venir aquí por la maravillosa vista, disfrutar de un lindo atardecer acompaño de una Deliciosa Comida. Nos decidimos por este hotel para pasar un fin de semana de descanso después de ver su sitio web. Reservamos una habitación deluxe, que según su sitio web, ofrecía cautivadoras vistas al lago de Chapala, cosa que es una total mentira. La habitación solo tenía una ventana pequeña con vista a un pasillo. Además, a nuestra llegada nos encontramos con un alacrán en la alfombra cercana a la cama. La atención es muy deficiente, todos estaban ocupados con el evento de la vendimia y no contestaban ni por teléfono ni por whatsapp. La alberca es bonita y el agua está templada, sin embargo estaba llena de avispas y mosquitos muertos - como había vendimia, justo al lado de la alberca había una bocina con la música muy fuerte, nada relajante. Lo único que se salva es el restaurante, la comida es buena y la atención también. En general, el costo por hospedaje es muy alto para el servicio que brindan, no volvería a hospedarme ahí,

Visitamos Quinta Fabiana por 2da vez en esta ocasión para Celebrar mi Cumpleaños todo fue perfecto, desde mi reservación super amables y dispuestos a atender mis peticiones Mil gracias Quinta Fabiana lo pase increíble en compañía de mi familia, pasamos una tarde noche maravillosa, la Comida y Bebida fueron perfectas, ordenamos varios platillos, bebidas, vinito tinto, hasta finalizar con postre y cafecito, esperamos volver muy pronto
