Even though I gave them a score of 4, if the is an overall rating I would give a 3. They messed up my reservation. I booked a king bed with bay view but instead they put me in a room with 2 double beds and the view was the back of a tennis/pickle ball court. Room was on first level of Lanai tower near end of the hallway close to stairs so high foot traffic so noise come from everywhere, footsteps from second level, hallway, and from outside balcony.☹️ Not worth the room price per night

The hotel is convenient to UCSD on foot, about 15 minutes. The hotel is convenient to the shopping mall on foot, about 10 minutes. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, which can be used freely by guests with room cards. Parking is also convenient, but the fee is expensive.

The service attitude of the staff is very good. There are free fruits and water on the first floor for you to take. It is very quiet at night and there is no noise. The only drawback is that the facilities are slightly old, but it does not affect the use. The bed is very comfortable and I like it. I will Will go back and live again! correct! Pet-friendly ~ I like that too!
