Most hotels in the United States charge parking fees, but it is easy to overlook this when browsing online reservations. The parking lot is in the building on the left side of the hotel driveway. You use your room card to enter and exit. The fee is US$42 per night, which is quite expensive. The counter will not tell you when you check in, and you need to provide any credit card as a pre-authorization amount of about US$52. The gym/spa/swimming pool was closed for renovations when we visited. I like the suite-style design of the hotel rooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the living room has a sofa bed. Free coffee, tea bags and sparkling water are provided in the room, and shampoo, bath products and body lotion are provided in the bathroom. There are enough sockets in the room, and there is a water dispenser next to the elevator on the first floor. The pillows are soft and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. It is very affordable for the room rate booked, but parking fees will be a consideration.
