This is now my go to place! It's always a pleasure to go there and stay, I'm a regular there and the staff is absolutely amazing, I've gotten to know quite a few of them and there always accomating to my requests! They never bother me while I'm there and any time I've asked the maids for something I needed, they give it to me without hesitation and always a smile! I so appreciate how nice everyone is and the fact that I know them on a first name basis and them as well no me by my first name! Always a chill stay and comfortable! Thank you so much you guys!

Downtown location is a little scary, but convenient to walk to Little Italy. There is no fridge or blow dryer, but the room was comfortable. The staff is nice and the a/c worked great.

The location was convenient, within walking distance of the trolley station and a short Uber ride from the airport, but the security situation may be a little bad (if you're used to traveling abroad, it won't be a problem).
I booked it because it had a bathtub, but I had to ask the front desk for a plug, and there were days when they didn't have enough to lend me one.
Also, the photo shows a pool, but there was nothing there.
It's not listed in the facilities section, so I may have misunderstood, but it was a little disappointing.

After staying for two days, I am still satisfied with all aspects of services and the transportation is convenient. Renewed for another three days. The total is check-in on January 3rd and check-out on January 8th. The two front desk staff provided very good service. Even though it was difficult to communicate with someone from a foreign country, they patiently helped me resolve the issue. I would like to express my gratitude to both of them.
