There was no bedding ( sheets, blankets or pillows) for the sofa bed in the room. Luckily we had a small blanket in our car to use. Also there was no hot water in the shower. Had a cold shower in the morning. Also, was not aware that this location was not an actual hotel. It’s an apartment building that you have to check into at another location.

Great stay I read the reviews after booking the stay and I was skeptical but it was better than I’ve could’ve imagine. The apartment was clean and cozy. It was perfect for two people. The only complaint I would have is the check in was at another location. There is a parking fee too.

The vent from the microwave is greasy and it stinks up the whole place. I also couldn’t get any warm water to shower so I couldn’t shower not to mention figuring out how to turn on the shower was a hassle. Bed was pretty hard as well.

I called to check-in, and they notified me that they were a satellite hotel, so I had to pick up my keys at their main hotel. I didn’t mind this, but I did mind that when I showed up they said they could not find my reservation. It was at this time that they canceled my reservation all together and told me I could upgrade and stay at their hotel. I didn’t want that so I asked for my refund. I politely told them to please just give me my refund, and not make me have to waste my time to get my money back. They said okay, but they never did, and I had to waste my time calling customer support to get my money back. I understand having to drive to a different location to get some keys, but to waste someone’s time especially when they’re being cooperative with you is just sleezy.

This was advertised as a suite with a bed, sofa sleeper,dining area.it had none of those things.room was nothing like what was described on expedia.ruined my whole trip.had to drive back home because no where to sleep.left immediately and returned key to pick up location.called and texted host .no response.requested refund. Still waiting.

Avoid at all costs. Not a hotel. An apartment building where you have to get key 5 miles away at 4pm which puts you in dead stop San Diego traffic on any given weekday. If you check out one minute late, your key doesn’t work anymore and you cannot get your stuff or into the building the managers or the owner Victoria Fox runs it like a slumlord everybody that lives in the building hates management and says it’s wrong like a POS. There are no glasses. There are no amenities like cups coffee or anything you would expect even from a one star motel. My room wasn’t ready until after 4 PM even after sitting in traffic although the cleaning people are very nice the place is just run terrible. There was no cable while I was there and that seems pretty consistent on a normal basis with most of the tenants that live there. Parking situation was not properly explained and apparently I parked in another person spot and pissed that person off because it happens all the time because of management just really really unfortunate way to run a building. Yes it’s cheap but you’re paying for the cheapness.
