L'hôtel propose de belles prestations. Un petit toboggan pour la piscine est disponible. Il est possible de se baignrer dans la rivière mais c'est a vos risques et périls. L'hôtel était presque vide a cette période mais il manquait des transats. Magnifique vue sur le lac.

Es un hotel de lo más hermoso, se encuentra a orillas de Río Dulce, cuanta con barba restaurante, hacen actividades para los niños, lo más sensacional es que puedes llevar a tu mascota, así como dejas en casa. La atención al público es cordial.

El hotel es antiguo pero aún así está bien conservando, el servicio de plancha tiene costo, todo está bastante limpio, la comida muy rica.. la atención muy buena. Muy bonito el jacuzzi, las áreas comunes muy útiles, las camas cómodas. Los meseros muy atentos, íbamos con una turista haitiana que no conocía el chiltepe y los meseros le hicieron la salsa y le mostraron los chírleles. Muy agradables

muy lindo lugar, fuimos en un viaje familiar entre semana y temporada baja, el hotel estaba prácticamente para nosotros. las instalaciones muy bellas, el amanecer nos encanto y las habitaciones con vista esta preciosas.
