Casa Zuani is beautiful, big rooms, very cozy atmosphere and vibe ... Massage tub is top. All very tidy with just one exception...Staff is very nice and polite. Breakfast was good, rich enaugh for even those that can really eat a lot... On the other hand ... Only one person (from staff) speaked English. There were a few of the wierd looking insects in the room. Also I think that price is a bit too high ... oh, and the drive from the main road to the Casa is quite bumpy...

We expected nice stay because the area (italian: Collio, slovenian: Brda) is known by high standards by all means. But we were srrprised anyway: top quality of service, excellent breakfast with style, peaceful and quiet throughout the whole day, beautifully decorated rooms, etc. The location in the middle of vineyeards offers good starting point for exploring the surrounding towns full of interesting history. Suitable for hikerks and cyclists. Many superb restaurants in vicinity including some Michelin stars. But don't chase the Michelin stars, it's really difficult to miss good restaurants. Better chase the stars on the clear night sky :-). Not to forget - excellent Friuli wines also from Zuani's !

We hadden een grote en prachtig ingerichte kamer met 2 comfortabele queens. (Suite1) Uitzicht was prachtig!, badkamer groot met goede douche. Airco heerlijk stil! Gastvrouw Patrizia en dochter Christina (plus staf) hebben er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. Er is geen restaurant maar als we wilden kon ze wel iets “simpels” voor ons maken: Het was voortreffelijk! En er kwam geen eind aan al het lekkers wat ze maar bleef brengen:) Ook het ontbijt zag er geweldig uit, en er was te veel om op te noemen. Kortom, een heerlijke accomodatie voor stellen!
