Lovely hostel/guesthouse for an unbeatable price. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help despite the language barrier. We arrived early after a night bus and were given early check in free of charge. The bed was comfortable, if slightly creaky. Good strong fan in the room. Everything was spotless. The bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a day. The pool was a great addition to cool off in. The hostel has an abundance of animals to meet and play with. There are 3 dogs, a cat, 2 tortoises and goats. Location was great, just a straight, flat walk to the main plaza. Safe area, in fact everywhere we explored in San Gil felt safe, even in the evenings. We would have stayed longer but had to continue on to our next booking. Highly recommend staying here. It's a great spot to join in on the many adventure sports San Gil has to offer or just relax for a while.

I had a great experience at the Green Door! The hostel is in an old beautiful colonial home with a great chill set up. The breakfast, although not included, was delicious and great bang for your buck! Lots of space to hang out with others or alone and an awesome pool set up. The beds are nice and clean, both having dorm and private options. The staff is beyond amazing and super welcoming. Highly recommend!

Super welcoming host! Yako was a very nice and helpful host for us when we arrived in San Gil. The old house has cool hangout spots outside. Rooms are a bit small and old, but we had a great time. Loved the pool with its awesome city view—perfect for daytime lounging. Plus, it's in the heart of the city, close to bars, restaurants, and the famous San Gil fruit market.

Exelente servicio ,el personal muy amable ,habitaciones cómodas y muy limpio . Cerca a todo posee una piscina limpia espacios campestre . Los recomiendo muy buena experiencia . La amabilidad fue lo que más nos gustó y volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hostal.

El hostal es lindo truene lugares para compartir, sin embargo en nuestro paso no estaba lo mejor de su limpieza….. el personal estuvo bien pero puede mejorar ya que lo sentimos un tanto fingido algunas veces, de igual forma está bien para una noche

Todo que alguien necesita para quedar en San Gil. Marina fue super amable. Me ha ayudado encontrar lugares y actividades en pueblos cercanos. Es lugar fue limpio con una cocina, baños y un jardín muy lindo con piscina y muchas árboles. Recomendado 100%

Un hostal súper equipado con cocina compartida con todo lo necesario y piscina! Lo mejor la atención de Marina. Nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el 1r momento. El mejor hostal en el que hemos estado hasta ahora. Tienen los perros más lindos y cariñosos. Sin duda si volvemos a San Gil repetiremos con ellos! Muchas gracias por todo!

No se puede decir nada, excelente servicio. Muy acogedor super recomendado. La piscina muy agradable, el ambiente es bastante familiar La gente , el trato todo super bien Permiten mascotas lo cual le da un plus al hostal. Gracias por la atención.
