Hotel is great but my 5 stars has to be for the service!!! Andrei was an absolute star and such a pleasure to meet! Nothing was too much trouble. The guy was a wealth of knowledge, laughter and a pleasure to be in company of. He's actually a big part of our journey of our first time in italy. Thank you so much Andrei, you are a credit to the hotel. And of course a fit & stunning beautiful man 🤌😜 love stu & jenny (nottingham forest nffc🏆) x

The hotel makes a good impression right from the start. The lobby is very cozy with a large bar. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, from reception to the dining room. Our room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The parking lot is secured by a coded gate and gives a good feeling. We have to deduct a few points for the breakfast: it is rather unloving and in a basement with no windows. It is sometimes very loud, which is not only due to the oversized TV. All in all, we would definitely recommend it for a stopover or as an overnight stay for trips to Verona or Lake Garda.

We stayed at the Hotel City in San Giovanni Lupatoto for 4 nights, we were a group of 7 people, we had a really good time. A round of applause for the welcome and friendliness of all the staff, always available at any time of the day, in this regard we fondly remember Mrs. Silvia; the breakfasts were plentiful and well-stocked, the rooms were nice and well-kept. The private parking was very convenient, we had rented a 9-seater car and knowing that the car was safe at night made us all more relaxed. Recommended for those looking for a good quality-price ratio

Hotel ristrutturato di recente e molto accogliente. Personale qualificato e professionale, molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Bar di gran lunga superiore ad un comune bar da hotel. Camere molto confortevoli e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Invito tutti a soggiornare all’hotel City per poter apprezzare le particolari camere arricchite da fantastiche stampe alle pareti.

Hotel a due passi da Verona servizio eccellente personale preparato e cordiale. Camere pulite con parquet in tutte le stanze. Colazione al top, parking privato gratuito Wi-Fi tv in tutte le lingue anche estere. Torneremo sicuramente…..
