The adventure seemed to start badly because we struggled a bit to find the place, but then everything went very well. Beautiful spacious room, with simple furnishings, poor art style, very effective. But the best was yet to come: dinner. We had booked with half board which includes an appetizer (which in quantity could easily have been a second course, then a first or second course of your choice, a side dish (in addition to what the second course already had) and half a liter of water per person. What's better than a quiet, somewhat isolated but easily accessible hotel? Easy to find, the establishment has a large parking lot 🅿️, the friendly welcome takes us back to our room, which is rustic but clean. The breakfast is decent. For dining, we preferred to go into town. To visit the tower, it's child's play, and especially park the car a little outside.

We stayed at this property at the end of August. Well-kept, clean and quiet property. Comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms. The pool is very nice. Very close to Pisa and Lucca and not too far from the Volterra lands. Helpful and efficient staff. We took advantage of the buffet breakfast service: good and plentiful. Allegra, the girl in charge of breakfast, was very fast and efficient, even in times of great affluence, always on the ball and smiling and very friendly..BRAVA!! Recommended!

As an introduction to compare with other reviews, they are now obsolete, the management having changed everything has been renovated and operational. The top As often for a number of years, the curve has reversed between France and Italy on many points, notably gastronomy and its accessibility/quality. The hotel industry is still a bit below and is expensive but that tends to change too..... As proof, this hotel 3km beyond the Tower of Pisa in the middle of the peripheral countryside. Bordered by a canal, there are several villas transformed into a hotel with its reception/restaurant in the centre. It’s a success and expectations are met!!! Swimming pool, greenery, restaurant with local dishes with fresh quality products. For 4 count 50 euros per meal compared to 85 for the equivalent in France (with drinks and coffee) The breakfast outclasses our pale collazioni from France: here it's 7 euros with choice, quality, fresh fruit, we makes your cappuccino, coffee, milk, chocolate... no industrial machine here served with bar equipment that you would be charged for in France... eggs? We make them scrambled for you in the kitchen or on the plate.... That doesn't exist in our house so much attention And you can get some more AC The rooms are practical with the TV tuned to the you tube playstore box, huge lot, air conditioning 22 degrees when we arrived A friendly, multilingual, smiling, humble and hardworking staff. It doesn't matter In the evening the lawn receives a nice visit from pippins who cackle The only problem is the mosquitoes due to the location but independent of the hotel that doesn't count considering the rest And the price for all that?
