Welcoming structure, clean apartment with all comforts. Helpful and well trained staff. Excellent opportunity to go to the swimming pool with the possibility of renting umbrellas and deckchairs. The only shortcoming is that there is no restaurant service, however there are excellent restaurants in the area which are also recommended by the hotel.

Positive: - Location is good, close to Pisa, Lucca, Firenze and other beautiful cities - Big fridge and Freezer, airco works well However… The cottage - is tiny: the “bed” of the kids is an uncomfortable sofa, which is taking up all the space in the living room/kitchen/main area - is un-equipped: we did not even have 4 spoons, only 4 glasses (no wine glas, nothing), 1 pan (horrible, everything stuck to it), … it’s very difficult to cook anything. Ventilation is not working in the bathroom—＞ smelly. - is dirty: don’t move any furniture or don’t look under the beds. The kitchen cabinets stink and everything is sticky The pool: - is a public pool, so be prepared for crowds, local kids camps and many, many visitors - you want a chair with umbrella: 8 euros please! (Yes, even when you’re a resident!) - you are obliged to wear a swimming hat in the pool! Unbelievable. You are not allowed to play with a ball or dive in the pool: ***?? We will never return: quite expensive for the experience we had.

We stayed in this apartment for one night during the Lucca Comics. Spacious apartment equipped with everything you need (there is even a breakfast machine outside), with the presence of a lovely and well-stocked typical Tuscan grocery shop just a few minutes away. A friendly welcome but very aging apartments. Tablecloth with holes, old blanket for the sofa bed. A smell of humidity. On the other hand, the bungalow was very clean. For one night stopover no more. Very convenient for visiting Pisa and Lucca

Nice place, very kind staff. The apartments are very nice although more regular maintenance should be done. The first apartment assigned to us did not open the entrance door. They gave us a "reserve" apartment and in that one the leather of the bed was all ruined and the French window didn't open... it just tilted. The bathroom, very spacious, only has a curtain and no shower cubicle... if you open the water too much the bathroom floods. The price is excellent.
