The best bed in the best room in town. The Hotel premises are just beautiful and convenient. The staff the friendliest. What else can you ask for? And the meals, yum!

Wonderful place to stay, Amenities are very nice, Staff is extremely helpful. Manager, Juan, goes above & beyond to ensure your stay is stellar. Juan gives personalized information on the surrounding area. He helped us immediately when we were having car problems. He found us a reliable reasonably priced mechanic,

The resort is three hours from San Jose Airport. Two hours from the beach. Four to five hours from the Panama border. It was suppose to be all inclusive but the manager told me I had to pay for my meals. Staff was nice, friendly & accommodating. The telephone number that was listed was incorrect. I wasn't given a tour of the resort facilities.

This property is great and the staff are courteous. Cleaning is excellent 👌🏾 and the excursions are amazing especially Caño Island with snorkeling. The only downside are the challenge with WiFi connection (but then again, why is this important if you are relaxing and should be off digitally) and the bedding was not comfortable. Otherwise, lovely place!!

The hotel is comfortable, has good food, and is very centrally located in an area with many commercial and tourist alternatives. The rooms are very simple, but they have a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator.

After the many negative reports on Tripadvisor - we were pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff at the reception. The competent and friendly waitress Liseth, good food with excellent pizza. What more could you ask for. Sure, the rooms would need to be renovated, but the value for money is unbeatable. Nice tennis court and large gym. Only the loud karaoke party and the disco noise until 1:30 am clouded the stay. Can't sleep even with earplugs. We'd love to come back - but without the disco.

Séjour de trois semaines, on s’y sentait comme chez soi🫶 Le personnel très chaleureux ainsi que le directeur qui VRAIMENT est une personne absolument adorable, serviable qui se donne pour les clients afin que tous passent un merveilleux séjour. L’hôtel a tout ce qu’il faut, belle piscine et un très beau gym moderne tout vitré qui permet d’avoir une très belle vue sur la végétation incroyable.Nous avions tout le nécessaire dont cafetière, grille pain, frigo et micro ondes …. Ce qui fut très pratique, point très important la propreté des lieux avec un personnel souriant et efficace. La nourriture absolument extraordinaire et abordable 😊 Bravo! à Juan le directeur 👏🏼👏🏼et toute son équipe…..Merci, Merci! Nous avons adoré notre séjour 😘😎
