The purpose of this resort is diving. There might be some local expeditions, but basically, just diving. So you have two dive sites : Manta Bowl and the Reef dive. On the reef dives, you can see nice corals; some macro, underwater life, but in the Philippines, you have much better elsewhere. And Manta Bowl. Here, it's simple : you go down, you hook up and then wait for Manta or Whalesharks at 20m. You can have current, you can have bad visibility, and often you don't have anything. Having on a unique dive site Manta And Whaleshark underwater is unique. I'm not talking about random encounter with whaleshark (like in the Maldives, Red Sea, etc), I'm talking about a unique location (I dove in Galapagos, and it's the other unique place although it's not a specific dive site, it's around Darwin). And when the animals are here, it's just amazing. We saw WS 4 days in a row, the, no more, but the Mantas took ever and dove with us. I made 26 dives, And I loved it. But I'm very experienced (>1700 dives) , I've seen Mantas and WS many times, so my expectations were maybe as a bonus. Many divers I dove with were ther for 1 to 3 days of diving. And if you're not lucky, it means 3 times 45mn without a singe animal (sometimes not even schools or even a single fish !). Nitrox is avalable as an extra, but it allows you to stay longer below, and it's safer, so... The schedule is very simple : you leave in the morning at 8am, 2 dives then lunch (choosen on the menu the night before), and third dive and back to the resort. A drink then reading in the hamock in your bungalow. The bungalows are large, very nice, clean. AC is noisy, a safe is available. The staff is great, above water as well as the dive guides. You have wifi on the bungalow during the day, but fading after 7pm. Regarding the food, well it's a little repetitive, but many tourists stays only for 2/4 days, so they don't care. The transfer from Bisol airport is a little bit long, but it's often the case. I'm preparing a video of may trip. And finally, I tried to pay my bill with CC, it didn't work, it was a good think I had cash. As I said, I had a wonderful time there. Now you have all the details to decide.

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, communication was great. Lovely having horses available for riding as well as left to wander around the property. Dining became a little repetitious with available, but was tasty. Diving at manta bowl was well arranged, but not a lot offering for non divers.
