Thanks to Mario who made our trip worth our while always a kind word and full of positive energy, the all inclusive buffet was good - the deserts were just a bit industrial but the mains were delicious, the hotel room was ok and clean. I’d advise to rent a car if you want to lake the most of the island, not too expensive and parking is easy

I had a great time, Julio and Numa took care of me very well to ensure my stay was excellent. I have no complaints at all, everything was top tier and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel for my next visit in the near future. I would rate it over 10 stars if I could!

Had a fabulous stay, well looked after by all the hotel team, particularly Jose, Julia, Alexander Mario and Alina, they made our stay amazing! The restaurant team were brilliant, friendly and smiling even when extremely busy with a room full of diners - only difficult thing was signs describing the food were in Spanish and Italian, unless you have some basics you may need to ask. The food at every meal was delicious with a different cuisine on offer at each evening meal. This hotel has a strong connection with Italy holiday makers, and the animations team are geared towards them, but the animations team are friendly and fun with all guests that want to join in regardless if you can speak Italian or not. Our evenings were spent chilling at the bar, on the balcony, watching the magnificent sunsets on the horizon! But if you want something a bit more lively in the evening, their are restaurants and bars a short walk away.

ALL INCLUSIVE FARLOCCO ! AH NO QUELLE LE CAMBIANO OGNI 4 giorni….

Just returned from ten nights all inclusive at this hotel where my review will contain positive and negative comments Positives…This place is spotless the staff work really hard and our room was cleaned daily although we did have to remind them after 4 days to change our towels . Alexandro behind the pool bar was the best along with Julia in the main bar who worked tirelessly to keep your glass topped up .Jose in reception is the man to speak to about anything simple reason his English is excellent and will try his upmost to sort any problem you have to make your stay comfortable . Our room 318 was a suite first floor lots of room with a lounge where our 15 year old son slept this contained a balcony although our balcony was situated right by the main stairs leading to the main bar and reception so our privacy was limited mainly in the evening due to volume of people . Bathroom was large with a nice walk-in shower .Air con worked but not the best . Shuttle bus to the beach was great as it was a 15 min stroll and a god send as very hot but beware when queuing the Italians will push in front of you to get on the bus departure end at the beach very rude .Driver miserable could smile once in a while !!! Food was excellent and our son is fussy but found something to eat daily although beware again as us English will wait in a line where others will push in front of you Negatives The hotel is geared up for Italians I would say 90% here were …we were the only English and felt isolated although we did meet a lovely English couple three days before we left so enjoyed a conversation and a drink .I’m really amazed why English companies would advertise this hotel as clearly not for English . Animation was completely rubbish we were asked once during our ten day stay if we would like to play a game of bowls unfortunately we declined because of the heat so they did not speak or even attempt to include us again . Evening entertainment non existent again run by the youth of the animation team which was a kids disco for two hours every night doing the same routine and yes in Italian this needs addressing as the town is nearly 15 min walk away come on 4 star you should be laying on adult entertainment .. Summing up unfortunately we won’t be returning to this hotel it’s a shame as it could be a great holiday in different circumstances change .

Just returned from a 4 night break at this hotel with friends (group of 3 ladies). This review is going to be very honest, with the good and the bad. We arrived at midday but were told we could not check in until 2pm, so we had to wait around for a couple of hours. However, we could use our all inclusive bands and go into lunch. The all inclusive is not so all inclusive, you pay for cocktails and very limited variety of drinks on offer. The only bar open during the day (apart from lunchtime) is the pool bar, where you will find Mario who was so friendly and helpful. However the pool bar snacks are a bit of a let down. There is only a small selection of patries and fruit, then pizza at 4pm.. If you're used to burgers, chips and icecreams during the day, then this is not the hotel for you. The food was very similar every day, although there was supposed to be a theme, the only night there was different food on offer was Mexican night. However the food was good and i always found something to eat. The reception bar is open for an hour during the day, and then opens again at 7pm. However it gets busy with only Julia running this. Julia was also lovely and friendly. In my opinion, this hotel is not for English tourists, it is far more catered for the Italians and we felt very isolated being the only English tourists, other than 2 x 2 girls, who felt the same as we did. We found some of the other tourists very rude and brash, which made us feel uncomfortable, so we went to the beach most days. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus, which was a god send. The beach is in walking distance but it was too hot too walk. The reception staff were very helpful and kind, especially Sonia, who guided us a lot. Unfortunaltey, the put me up sofa bed was broken in our room, we reported it and they just gave us a second mattress. However this did not solve the problem as it was the frame itself that was unstable, so my friends slept on the two mattress on the floor for the last two nights. Our sheets were not changed in the 4 nights we stayed, but we did get clean towels when we asked on the third day. The hotel is generally very clean with lots of staff onsite. The surrounding area is lovely and we had a sea view from our room, but the hotel is a good 15 mintus walk to any shops, which are by the beach. The beach in Son Bou is beautiful and you can hire loungers for 10 euros a day. We went to Mahon for a day by bus and enjoyed the market, shops and harbour. not sure if the market is everyday but we went on a Tuesday. The stalls were very similar but it was a nice change from the beach. There is not evening entertainment at the hotel, other than the kids bit, so evenings were a bit on the boring side for adults, sorry to say. On the last day we had to check out at 12pm, but our taxi wasn't picking us up until 5pm. At first we were told that we could only stay in the reception area and leave our bags in the baggage cupboard and that our all inclusive ended at 12 no
