Stay Away...Dirty Hotel! I stayed there a week ago Thursday night and i got bit by bed bugs and i got scabies also. I had to take medication to get rid of the scabies. I had to completely sanitize my entire apartment. I wrote to the hotel about their infestation and got No reply!

cuando llegue me entregaron una habitacion super sucia ,con el baño y toallas llenas de pelos , hice el reclamo y se enojaron , se ve que no se toman el tiempo en limpiar la paredes , por que mi habitacion estaba muy sucia, lo otro es que ofrecen cosas que no hay , como el jacuzzi y el sauna ,nunca los prendieron el los 2 dias que estuve ahi, los precios del bar son exageradamente altos, por un paquete de papitas cobraron 4.000 lo que en la calle cuesta 1000, las gasesosa pequeñas 3.500 y aparte de eso nos cobraron el hielo a 2000, esos precios no van para uno hotel de esa categoria.

Alejandro Osorio es mal educado, grosero, prepotente, arrogante y todos los sinónimos posibles de estos adjetivos. No entiendo como él sigue trabajando en este hotel después de tantas quejas que han hecho en todas las páginas o redes sociales donde está publicado el hotel. Me imagino que el dueño no sabe leer. Este señor lo va a llevar a la ruina.

En el hotel le permiten a los huéspedes volver las habitaciones discotecas, los bafles a alto volumen no dejan dormir. No contestan el teléfono, no dan sobresabanas. REGALADO ES CARO. PÉSIMO MAL SERVICIO.

Es un hotel sencillo, con habitaciones pequeñas, sin nevera. El mobiliario de la piscina está muy deteriorado, y las áreas alrededor de la piscina también. Aunque el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones limpias y las comidas en el restaurante son muy buenas. Si busca un hotel para mantenerse dentro de la piscina, es buena opción, si lo que desea es asolearse por estar tan malas las sillas, no.

Lo único que tiene bueno es la piscina y algunas persona del personal diría 2 personas pues solo atienden como 4 , la habitación es pésima tanto en comodidad y en distribución de espacio , tv con interferencia , sin agua caliente,cama incómoda , almohadas igual de incomodas para dormir te dan una sábana , no una cobija , la comida súper pequeña, no es Gourmet pero por las porciones parece , te toca atenderte tú mismo en el restaurante. puertas de la habitación se pegan y hay que abrir con fuerza , ducha con una cortina y da directo a la puerta de la habitación , súper mal , no cuenta con productos en el bar , el exterior es súper feo , hasta el nombre presenta un quiebre parece que se cae a pedazos. Toallas para la zona húmeda se acaban rápido. Lámpara de la habitación sin bombillo , realmente para una noche por el valor de 242 mil pesos no vale la pena, no lo recomiendo

Lo único positivo del lugar es la piscina y el personal que es agradable, el resto es decepcionante. El lugar está totalmente descuidado, viejo y sucio (no es como en las fotos). No hay sauna ni jacuzzi ni agua caliente. Nuestra ducha no tenía ni alcachofa, era un chorro de agua tipo lavamanos. Había hormigas por el suelo de la habitación. El colchón y las almohadas muy incómodos, entre eso y el ruido no pudimos dormir nada. Además parece ser que todas las televisiones se ven con interferencias. Estas cosas no nos hubieran importado si fuera un sitio muy barato, pero nada que ver!! 240 mil pesos dos personas una noche con desayuno y comida (que estaba bastante regular, por cierto). Además, las consumiciones del bar de la piscina MUY costosas. Nos sentimos totalmente engañados y con rabia... nosotros quisimos pasar un fin de semana agradable y cómodo y salimos decepcionados. No vayan, no merece la pena. Por favor que bajen el precio, mejoren calidad o actualicen su información para no engañar más a la gente.
