La Hacienda San Jose Silicon Valley

The hotel environment is very good (although it is a little far from San Jose, it takes about 20 minutes to drive), it is newly renovated, and there are many Chinese elements in the lobby. There is a pot of Phalaenopsis at the front desk and the side cabinet of the hotel, which is great 👍. The front desk guy is very enthusiastic. The room is not very big, but it is clean and tidy. The wash basin is moved out of the bathroom and separated from the bathroom toilet. The bathroom actually has a warm light, which is good. There are also 2 free bottles of water in the room. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel with free bottled water. This is something that the hotels I have stayed in before have not had. Parking is free, the hotel gives a parking paper and you can put it in the car. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have a self-service laundry room.

The annual GTC conference, the motel I originally booked was not suitable for me, so I changed to this hotel in the middle of the night. It was pretty good and safe. The 24-hour gym was worth mentioning! Although there were only dumbbells, treadmills and climbing machines, it was pretty good. The hotel was cleaned every two days, and my friend's hotel was the same. I wonder if it is the same in the western United States.

The second room on the same itinerary received very poor feedback from guests, and I will not stay there again.

I booked here because I couldn't book a hotel. The hotel didn't store my luggage. The service provider needs to communicate with the hotel.
