Hotels with Parking in San Jose

The girls at the front desk are very talkative and friendly. The downside is that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. On the day of check-in, I was catching up with the room next to the party, and it was a big night! ! !

This was literally the worst, most TERRIBLE ”Inn” I've been to in my entire life. The first clue should have been when they handed me a huge, actual key that fit in the entire palm of my hand . Entering the room was a shock as the furniture was dingy and OLD and creeky. 1980's T.V didn't work. Noisy (people yelling and grunting from outside. Not even kidding you guys...this room was SKETCH. I was flying out early the next morning so I convinced myself I just needed a spot to land my head for the night. The bed...omg..the bed...and the pillows..GOOD.GOD.NO. As I tried to fall asleep, I was startled out of bed (11:15pm) by a homeless man POUNDING on my door and screaming to let him in so that he could shower. I'm not even kidding right now. I thought there were two men because when I shouted, ”wrong room” there was a ”conversation” that sounded like two men. Now, the door is so old and thin, you can see the light from the outside through its perimeter and feel a breeze. The window, paper thin. I was TERRIFIED as it was only me and my daughter. I scrambled to find the phone, which was from 1980 (NO LIE)..there was no option to call the front desk. It felt like a dream where you're trying to get somewhere but cant move. The pounding and screaming continued and my daughter and I were TERRIFIED. I had to google the number to the hotel and call directly to the front desk. No answer. I had to resort to calling 911 to report two men outside my door. My daughter looked out of the peep hole and saw only one man who was talking to himself. Dispatch asked me a few questions and got off the phone with me. The man stayed for about 15 more minutes just talking to himself and trying to talk to who he believed was on my side of the room. He finally walked away. I'm not sure if they police ever even came, as they didn't knock on my door or call me. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! BAD VIBES ALL THE WAY AROUND!!

Hotel bed is very comfortable

Fortunately I only spent one night here. I was surprised by the lack of basic service and amenities: Before my arrival, I used the chat feature to ask about parking but never received a response. Upon arrival, the employee at the front desk was unfriendly and charged me for parking without my consent. I asked about parking, making clear I was trying to decide whether to park my car at the hotel or somewhere else. She told me it was $35 for in and out privileges, I asked how much it would cost to park directly in the lot (since I did not need to go in and out) and she said ”I think it's $22 but just bring me your ticket” in a pretty rude tone. I was taken aback by her tone so I did not continue to engage in the conversation and I did not respond confirming I wanted parking, expecting I would pay directly with the lot, and later learned she charged me $35 anyway, plus a $5 tax she did not mention. No acknowledgement of Marriott Gold status, no upgrade, no explanation. I don't know if I received a welcome gift. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and there was a comically large plastic fan next to the TV. When I arrived to my room at 10 PM it was 80 degrees, so the fan was useful but I feel like they should probably fix the air conditioning or at least warn the occupant that it's broken. I would not stay here again.

After a very, very long travel day, we discovered our reservation at another hotel had been “lost”. Luckily, the Westin more than made up for it. Vera and Abigail at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. They offered to check us in right away or wait a bit for a more spacious room. We elected to wait. They efficiently stored our luggage while we took a quick walk before returning to our fabulous room. Birthday saved! Ill Fornaio’s breakfast was another home run. It was so good that we returned a week later to enjoy the excellent food and service once more before heading home to Nashville. The valets were equally helpful. Thank you, Vera and Abigail! We will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My stay at Country was outstanding. From the moment I stepped into the clean lobby, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Breakfast was a treat. The hotel's location was convenient, totally good choice for me . Actually this is my first hotel review and i satisfied my first time of this

I booked a night here in advance of a work conference I was attending. I was flying in from the East Coast and my flight was delayed, then cancelled while in Minnesota, so I was not going to make it to San Jose. I called and at first, they would not cancel without fee. Then I was transferred to a ” supervisor” who was nice and said they would. Then to my surprise, I get a bill for a cancelled room in my credit card. I called the hotel, they said they cannot credit it. I asked for manager, and he said he was. No help at all and I am out almost $200. I don't normally get upset but this was uncalled for. I called the reservation number, spoke to a supervisor there who said it was up to the hotel to decide. I don't know if the hotel is good or not, but MANAGEMENT PRACTICES ARE NOT. Stay away!!

Dirty, rude staff, peeling paint and dirty furniture, no security and doors open all night with no staff. It’s not safe, not clean, not pleasant, all around miserable. On top of it all, the online price was $79 but they charged me $120!

After a miserable day of travel and the last leg of our flight being canceled, Renee, at Four Points, sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and went far above and beyond to accommodate us, help extend our checkout time, and offer a very reasonable rate; the room was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our airport return was well beyond checkout time; they tagged and held our luggage so we could go have dinner, then retuned us to the airport in the evening so we didn’t have to spend hours in the terminal, exemplary service by kind and caring people.

Room 1517 was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does a good job. Temperature controls are very easy to change and there was a refrigerator, coffee maker and a complimentary bottle of water. I love using the Marriott app to get my room key on my phone and bypass the front desk. It makes things very convenient. This hotel is a short walk to the Convention Center VTA light rail station that I was able to use to travel to and from the San Jose Airport. One issue I noticed though is that the in-room safe was not bolted to the cabinet. Anybody can literally just pick it up and carry it out of the room (which basically defeats the purpose of safe).
