RedDoorz Plus @ Hotel Platinum Occidental Mindoro

I booked a 22 square meter hotel room, but they gave me a small room. There was no hot water, the TV was broken, and there was no TV. It took more than 30 minutes to check in. It was the worst. I don't think I'll use it again.

This is just a disaster. Detailed Negative review on google maps. The condition of the rooms is a pigsty. The hotel managers are scammers. We paid for a luxury suite through trip.com for 8 days (4 + 4), upon check-in we were told that the cost of the room paid for and booked for 8 days had changed and we had to pay twice as much. Instead of the paid luxury room of 24 m2, we were placed in a moldy, smelly homeless shelter of 6 m2. They tried to give us blank forms to sign. Trip.com employees tried to resolve the situation within 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes, then within an hour, then within 24 hours, but in the end they washed their hands of us and abandoned us with our problems. We were forced to cancel the second round of bookings. Trip.com even managed to fine us for canceling the reservation. In the end, we paid for the second round of booking again through *********** and were able to check into the suite we had originally paid for only after raising the ears of the entire Philippine department of Reddorz and under the threat of legal proceedings. Firstly, on principle, and secondly, because the route was carefully planned in advance, and I am disabled, and it is extremely difficult for me to move. In the end, the suite is really 24 m2, well designed, but even in it, the plaster is falling off, the plumbing is bad, the sheets are dirty. In two words, Never Again. The worst experience in the Philippines! No one has ever compensated for the damage, neither Reddorz nor Trip.com. Very ugly.
